I had an excellent meal here tonight! I ordered the gazpacho as a starter and it was outstanding! The little jalapeno peppers added zip without too much heat. Nice dish!
I also had the filet mignon w vegetables of the day and the steak was a very nice cut and prepared well, though not quite as rare as I prefer, it was close. The carrots and broccoli are sourced locally and prepared well. The au gratin potatoes were rich and creamy, just an excellent meal.
Keenan's service was prompt and friendly. I will definitely be back!

Tried this restaurant due to the close vicinity to our rental cabin and it did not disappoint. I had the 24oz Montana "Wagyu" ribeye. I have dined at more restaurants than I care to disclose, and I'm surprised to write this was the best steak I have ever had; better than any I've had in my home Alberta. My dining guest loved the braised beef short rib also.

Our soup appetizers were also great; service was great; drinks were great. I came to Montana for a relaxing weekend , but I did not expect a dining experience so memorable and worthy of another state visit alone.

Go to this restaurant. I know I will be back as soon as I can visit Montana again.

One of the best restaurants in the valley! Had an early dinner here with my wife and sister, and every dish was fantastic. The mushroom crostini was absolutely mouth watering, and even a basic dish like the Mac and cheese felt elevated. The elk ragu main was delicious and perfectly portioned. Had a pork special as well which was just amazing. Add to all this a great ambiance, drink menu, and attentive staff and it all leads to a winner of a restaurant, we will be regulars!!

Had such a lovely vegetarian meal. The hen of the woods mushrooms were delightful and the stir fry veggie quinoa was bomb. Also loved their wines by the glass, had a nice California cab!

This is the second time we have been here and the food was FABULOUS both times. Such an excellent and unique dining experience. We were there for our anniversary and they even let us select a free dessert. We will definitely be recommending this place to our friends and family who vacation here!

A local gem and our go-to place for special occasions and treating ourselves.

My current favorites are risotto and halibut. Excellent choice of steaks, appetizers and salads, too. Portions are just right. Good wine list. Staff is knowledgeable and very friendly. The owner is there and works hard to keep everything just so.

Before Beargrass, we went to Kalispell, Whitefish or Big Fork for premium dining. Not necessary now. We're grateful to have an up-scale restaurant in our small community.

Everything was amazing. We loved the steak and duck. The wine was amazing. I love that they support local places like genesis kitchen. The bread proceeds goes to a local charity and is an amazing starter with the genesis kitchen oil and vinegar. We also had the waygu starter and it was so unique and delicious! Will definitely be going back!

While on vacation, we stumbled across this restaurant, and couldn't be happier! The Mahi-Mahi was some of the best I've ever tasted. We felt like we were at a 5-star "city" restaurant with the quality of the food, the service that was provided and the overall atmosphere. The Bonus? They have the most incredible Bourbon selections!!!

We had a wonderful evening at Beargrass. Great wine list. Calamari was the best and most tender we’ve ever had. The salmon and the NY strip special were both top notch. Prices were fair for the quality. The service was great. Highly recommended!

A thoroughly fine dinner. Bartender, Aaron, provides a very nicely balanced bar with a lovely wine selection. We had the carpaccio, salad, short ribs, meatloaf and creme brulee. The chef and his team are doing a beautiful job with a balanced and flavorful menu, and our server, Shane, made the whole evening fabulous.

Just ate here for the first time and it's undoubtedly one of the finest restaurants I've ever eaten at great service and the staff were excellent the meal was top shelf everything was perfect what a gem. Thank you Joe & Teresa

The food is exceptional, but the service and the atmosphere set it apart. It's a comfortable, stylish (without trying too hard) room that gives you plenty of space. The staff is prompt, courteous and professional, but they're still warm, friendly, and don't take themselves too seriously. Fine dining restaurants pop up all the time around here but they're too stuffy or the menu is boring. Beargrass gets it!

Wonderful upscale food in a casual environment. Service is fantastic.

Table for 9 + toddler seated promptly on the patio. Server was extremely knowledgeable of the wine list and helped us select three delightful bottles for the table. Paired perfectly to our meals.

We ordered the Quinoa Bites and blistered peppers for appetizers, both were delicious, and came out soon after ordering. Our little nephew's food arrived after the appetizers, but before the entrees, giving his parents time to feed him and enjoy their own meals.

I ordered the double boned Kurobuta pork chop special with black cherry chutney (picture shared) and seasonal vegetables. It was cooked perfectly to my tastes, just off pink inside, ample juices ran clear when cut into. I also added a cup of what turned out to be the best gazpacho I've ever had.

Everyone at the table was equally pleased with their own orders and there was a lot of sharing.

First time visit this weekend and we were not disappointed. Enjoyable atmosphere, great appetizer selections, wonderful salads and some of the best entrees in the Flathead Valley. Nice wine selection at reasonable prices. Great addition to the area for those that enjoy fine dining.

Excellent dining, the menu is sophisticated, but the atmosphere is warm and comfortable. The service was excellent, and the food was very good. Great wine list, and great bar. A perfect evening@

Had a amazing dinner here. Food was exceptional, high quality with gorgeous presentation. Excellent service. Bill was expensive but for a special occasion it was worth it! For the quality of food and service it was appropriate. Would go back again.
