Returned 2 DVDs 8 days late because of my father was in the hospital and then passed. Customer service was a horrible experience, no help ,and very cold hearted. Unless you have a account and provide personal information over the phone they will not help at all. Don't rent from redbox

I was charged 3 times for movies I rented in November 2016 last night, when I called to find out what happened they were very rude and said whatever when I asked to speak to a supervisor. They talked over me the entire time and now I am out 61.15 for 2 movies I returned a day late 3 months ago. I will no longer be doing business with redbox and hope everyone watches out for their companies eagerness to steal from people.
