These Macarons are divine. They are truly the tastiest freshest treats of its kind. I usually get them from goldbell but now I found this lovely bakery local and it will my go to macarons bakery. The woman was super nice and had a custom order ready WITH a card/guide to know the flavors... I'm not ashamed to say that my wife and I ate the whole dozen while watching TV lol. Def need to order again and will do so... Might even do a subscription that they offer :-)

We used to get these amazing macarons when living in Vermont. We have since moved out of state and were craving the deliciousness and learned that they can be shipped!!! Ordering and delivery were fast and easy and the dessert was just as we remembered! So yummy!

I had been dreaming about a macaron cake since the first time I saw them on Matryoshka's social media platforms. It took me years to finally order one for the most special occasion: my birthday! All the lucky ones who had a piece of my beautiful macaron cake last night went to bed a littler happier after such a wonderful taste in their palate. The cake was beautiful and delicious. I highly recommend it.

Maryam makes the absolute BEST macarons! My wife and I are very critical of macarons and Maryam's are better than the ones we've had in Quebec! They're all so perfect and absolutely delicious! We had her cater our wedding and rehearsal dinner with macarons and a macaron cake. The cake was soooo unique and tasted amazing! Everyone raved about it. So glad we can get them at Rosie's bakery in Winooski! Thank you Maryam!

I happened upon these macarons at a cafe in Burlington a week ago and have not stopped thinking about it since! It was my top priority this weekend to go back and find out the name of the bakery that made them. They are absolutely delicious and perfectly sweet, the maple latte was my favorite but I enjoyed all of the flavors that I tried. I will be ordering these frequently for gifts and events.

These delicious macarons were a hit at Thanksgiving and family have requested them again for Christmas! Hands down the best tasting and looking French macarons I’ve ever had. Lovely in-season flavors that are sure to impress your taste buds! It also feels good supporting a local Vermont woman-owned small business.

I ordered some macarons for my son's first birthday, and they were not only beautiful but so tasty, and so many interesting flavor combinations. She also made the cake that time, and it was delicious and a hit with my family. Ever since then, my husband now knows what to get for my birthday!

I first found out about Matryoshka last year through Local Maverick! I started buying her macarons through them regularly.

When I found that not only was she located close by to my home town but that she co-owns and sells her amazing macarons at Good Times Cafe with her husband, (a very very nostalgic place for anyone who grew up in the area) I fell in love even more!

I’m so happy to have Maryam and her husband as a part of our little Hinesburg community. Both Matryoshka’s Bakery and Good Times Cafe will always have a place in my heart

(Let’s not even mention the most miraculous pumpkin cheesecake I’ve ever tasted) I could go on and on.

AMAZING experience with this local biz! I ordered four dozen macarons for my daughter’s first birthday; we were doing a woodland fairy tea party and I wanted thematically appropriate food :) We had one guest with a gluten sensitivity and I knew Matryoshka’s would be the perfect choice for a dessert option that was inclusive of all dietary restrictions for our guests. Maryam delivered and then some…four dozen of the most adorable, beautiful, and delicious little cookies ever! I was worried I had over ordered based on the small guest list but we completely ran out before the party was even over. Her flavors are inventive and tasty, her artistry is evident in the photos and quality of the finished product, and she is a dream to work with! If you have any kind of special event, or just want to treat yourself to something sweet, you can’t go wrong with her macarons. A repeat customer for life!
