We had an absolutely wonderful experience with the JW bakery for our gender reveal cake! Despite our last-minute request, the owner went above and beyond, completing our order in just two hours. Not only was the service incredibly efficient, but the cake itself exceeded all expectations. It was beautifully crafted, capturing the excitement of the moment perfectly, and tasted absolutely delicious.
What truly stood out, however, was the kindness and warmth of the owner. From the moment we placed our order to the moment we picked up the cake, she made us feel valued and welcomed. Her genuine care and attention to detail truly made our experience memorable. We are incredibly grateful for her exceptional service and highly recommend the JW bakery to anyone in need of exquisite treats coupled with outstanding customer service. I’m so happy that I found this bakery shop. It was easy to communicate to her and I didn’t really have picture of the cake. So I simply told her my kid’s name and “I will decorate very hungry caterpillar theme background”. Then she made a such beautiful and fun cake. Taste matched the cake too. Thank you so much! It was my daughter birthday and I was looking for a cake to pick up from any near by bakery. I called JW Bakery and they are so nice, friendly and customer oriented. They took my order and freshly baked three layered Erika cake in about 4 hrs. They are amazing!! When I went to pick up the cake, she received me very well and thrilled to see cake was packaged and stood elegantly. Cake is so yummy and kids loved the cake!! So many accolades for the cake.

I ordered a chocolate cake and cupcakes for a birthday party from JW bakery and I was very happy how it turned out. The cakes and cupcakes looked beautiful, classy, and were delicious! The packaging was also elegant and small personal touches like including a birthday candle and sparklers with the cake were much appreciated. Sophie is easy to work with and I was able to finalize everything via text, she's very friendly and accommodating. Overall, 5 stars and I will order from here again!

I don’t know where to start. We recently moved to Austin and we were looking for a Frozen theme cake for out daughter’s birthday. The cake was AMAZING 🤩 🤩. I have never seen such beautiful presentation. My daughter loved it 😘😘😘. It was beautifully made with all the love💕 . Not to mention- The indise filling was choclate and it was delicious 😋 😋. Sophie, is so so nice. We just connected over the phone. She is such a lovely person to work with. She has beautiful suggestions and we were pleased we found her. My girlfriend and I have ordered macarons from JW Bakery plenty of times. We love them more and more every time! We typically order 2 dozen at a time and it’s hard to not eat them all in one day! They have a crisp exterior and as soon as you sink your teeth into them they just melt in your mouth. The flavors are fantastic and we definitely recommend the chocolate and strawberry. Orders are fast and the owner is super friendly and nice. If you love sweets and pastries you would not regret giving them a try.

I love this bakery! The owners are amazing and super friendly. They put so much love into every order. I typically order chocolate macarons for my family and I AND THEY ARE AMAZING EVERY! TIME!! Their cakes and muffins are also beautiful and delicious!! This place will always be my go-to bakery!

I needed a cake for my son's birthday and was able to order one with less than a week's time. Sophie was kind, friendly, and very professional. I have ordered cake from two other bakeries in the area, and this cake, and macrons, were heads and shoulders above the others. The buttercream was perfect, the cake was flavorful and moist, and the macrons were heaven. I will order every cake from JW Bakery from here on out. The decoration was amazing as well.

I didn’t realize this was a house! Sophie was very professional and helpful. The presentation was more than I expected. The truffles (which I didn’t even know came with!) were delicious. I wi definitely be ordering more treats :)

Sofie made the most amazing Mickey Mouse themed birthday cake for my daughter's birthday (she was even thoughtful enough to include candles!). My daughter was so excited! And the chocolate cake was moist and delicious as well! I will definitely order from Sofie again!
