My boy mouseski passed away this Halloween.. one day after turning 2 and a half years. Desperately in a severe panic tried to find someone to help. Either no one got back to me, or just led me on. I called PETtigrass heavenly pets owned by Jerry at 2:30 in the morning and someone answered the phone, talked to me and calmed me down. They didn't lead me on the didn't lie to me they said mouseski could be picked up then if I wanted! Soo late at night! I didn't though, they said whenever I'm ready. When we were ready Jerry drove to the funeral home to meet me and discuss things, and about not even a hour later I dropped mouseski off. Ive never felt more at ease having someone take care of my pet my child my family. Everything turned out amazing I just can't thank them enough. If you unfortunately lose someone, or a pet, come here! HE CARES! And that is so rare to see in people anymore. He will take good care of you and your loved ones and furry loved ones

Heavenly Pets is the best service. Jerry picked up my dog and took care of him. Jerry was very compassionate and professional. He made the process less difficult for us. We picked his ashes up in a beautiful wood box with some other memory gifts.

Jerry and his wife brought us peace and relief in a very difficult time. We were referred to Heavenly Pets after having to put down one of our dogs, and the process was very simple and healing. We greatly appreciate everything Pettigrass did for our family, and highly recommend them.

We as a family have dealt with death all our lives.
This was our first time we were responsible for the after life planning.
When my Father in law passed away we were recommened to Pettigrass.
My wife was not in a great place and I had very few answers.
Jerry worked with what we knew and what we had.
Between the 3 of us and help from my brother in law, it worked out beautifully.
We appreciate that Jerry went above and beyond what we were expecting.
He made us feel less stressed and his compassion is beyond amazing.

We have sadly lost two of our family dogs this year. Jerry has been very kind and wonderful, he shows the most comforting words in our time of need, his compassion is very comforting.

My dog passed away naturally this morning at 4:33 am. She was cremated and returned by 2 pm. Given the holiday weekend I was feeling very defeated as I called around for services for today within a reasonable price. For some reason I had to search animal cremation cayuga county to find the hit on Google.

My cousin has utilized their services in the past but I couldn't remember the name. I am so glad I was able to get in contact with her to confirm it was the correct place as I was planning things with the establishment.

Pettigrass Heavenly Pets did a fantastic job with our girl, Bella. Mr. Pettigrass was was accommodating and very responsive. His work was beautiful and I would highly recommend anyone to use his services, which are also reasonably priced.

My cat Gimli passed away on February 20th and even though the owner was out of town he spoke to me personally and had someone meet me at the funeral home to pick up my boy for cremation. He offered to have someone come to my house to get Gimli too but I wanted that time to say goodbye to my best friend. Jerry went above and beyond and included so much with Gimli's cremation. I couldn't have asked for a better experience at one of the worst times of my life. Thank you all for doing what you do and sending my boy off right <3

Thank you Jerry for helping us get ver the loss of our Dog Roo. She was a constant companion for over 14 years and we still miss her, but Jerry helped to ease the pain. Thank you again.
