I was getting ready to trade off my car before I took my car here to get the tires rotated and aligned. They informed me that my tires was so bad they didn’t want to rotate them. They showed me the wires that was exposed on the tires and they was truly concerned about my safety. I got new tires and got the alignment and now I’m not trading my car because it drives like a new one. It’s amazing the difference! The staff goes above and beyond to accommodate you.

Now called Redline Automotive B&C Automotive has changed to Redline Automotive with a fantastic experienced staff who takes care of my little Mustang as if it was their own. My service and repair time estimates are always and accurate. Dave and Ben and the guys know what I want and what the car needs can I put all my trust in them. They never tried to oversell, and I don't believe they're the kind of mechanics that will continue to repair a vehicle that should obviously be replaced... I know this from personal experience. It's great to have a quality automotive shop in Eufaula.

This shop was able to get me right in when I had an emergency trip I needed to make. And the best part about it was I didn't have to worry about anyting on my trip. They even made suggestions on other minor repairs that would save me a lot of money in the long run. This is the best mechanic experience I've had in years.

They pay their worker a pittance and benefits only to management. Consumer reports lists them as 54 in like item pricing and Costco as number 1. Yes they are big but so was Godzilla he ate all his competition too. In addition they were bought out by an Australian conglomerate earlier this year so they are not even American anymore.

Car broke down in area while traveling and had it towed to this shop and they charged 90 bucks just to turn over the vehicle and say motor is bad 😔 😟 🙁 😥 😞 then wanted 5k to put used motor in 2002 Hyundai Santa fe 😑 😒 😐 😢 🙄 careful of this business they definitely don't seem to experienced!!!!!
