My first 90 minute massage with Tina was incredible! She was very attentive to what pressure was good for me and my overall comfort. Everything was clean. 90 minutes included hot stones, and of course whatever areas I wanted to focus on. I have never been so relaxed during and after. One perk for me is the hot moist towels after so the oils do not get on your clothes. Already made my next appointment!

Absolutely hands down the best massage I've received. Tina is attentive, respectful, asks questions on your pain points, and has such a calm demeanor. I never had hot stones before but she assured me it would help with my back pain and it sure has! I can't wait to book my next appointment and will recommend her all day long.

I had massages from both Tina and Lucy. They were both amazing. They also offer reflexology which is relaxing as well. You won’t be disappointed. I can’t wait to go again! Thank you for being so wonderful.

Well I have had 2 massages from Tina at My Spa and they were amazing. She is an unbelievably talented massage therapist. Also her caring attitude of making sure you are comfortable and satisfied with entire experience is wonderful. Probably one of the best massages I have ever gotten,and I have had many. I plan to continue with massages at My Spa. Also it is very clean and relaxing atmosphere! As far as my how my body feels it is very much responding by decreased pain and inflammation in my muscles and joints!!! Make an appointment and enjoy the excellent experience!

After just a brief discussion of my trouble spots, etc., Tina provided one of the best massages I've had. She seemed incredibly intuitive with just the right pressure (first try), right temp on the stones, and right amount of stretch (I'm not terribly flexible). I will definitely be back often. I booked a 60 minute hot stone deep tissue massage on a whim to alleviate the discomfort from work. So grateful I did! Tina is AMAZING! I could’ve stayed there forever! I’ll definitely be returning.. do yourself a favor and book a massage! You won’t be sorry!

This space is very clean & peacful. Tina made sure to ask how much tension I wanted applied and what I wanted to focus on most. She’s sweet and her energy is sincere 💕Just got my massage and WOW! I got the hot stones massage. 🤯 Tina has such an amazing gift. ( Healing hands) When I tell you her hands healed my extreme tense neck pain I’m literally in awe no pain just amazed at how the heck she did that. My neck had been hurting for weeeksssss!!!!!! Tina is Amazing! Wow, wow, wow, my muscles feel so much better. My neck and shoulders were so tight and sore when I arrived at my appointment tonight and right now, I feel like butter. She used hot rocks and hot towels and her elbows and was able to give me the deep massage I needed. She is very sweet and always checking in to make sure it’s not too deep or too hot so if you prefer it softer, I am confident she would adjust her pressure. I like it deep and it was wonderful. The room has pretty soft spa music and the massage bed on this freezing night felt so warm and cozy as Tina has it heated. I have been to many spa's around the world in London, Paris, Italy, Mexico, etc. and Tina by far was my absolute favorite massage! So many times, I tell the masseuse where my sore spots are and when I leave I am not much better. With Tina she really worked on the areas that I was so tight, and I am looking forward to a good night’s rest since I am not in pain. I have not tried the eye lash treatment yet but excited to try something new and will provide feedback once I do it. Convenient location in Woodbury. Highly recommend Tina!

I tried this place because of a Groupon. I’m so happy I did because Tina gives the best massages I’ve ever had. She is the only therapist who can relieve my sciatica pain. I highly recommend her!!
