I thought a Latte would have cappuccino, ice
Flavor and cool whip
I asked for a Hazelnut Latte
It was an ice coffee. I was told at the window cool whip cost more.
They have gone down hill.
Wawa has the real Latte and Wawa price is a lot less

I came into Dunkin this morning to grab a matcha latte as a pick me up. Little did I know, my pick me up would actually be Miss Dali at the drive thru window. Her energy and positivity was just what I needed to experience and I am so grateful I came to this Dunkin today. My matcha latte was perfect too.

I am a diabetic and they offer some of the best ice cream and sugar free candy anywhere around.I live about 35miles from their but I gladly drive there for what I'm able to get.

Stopped to get a Hibiscus hot tea and a sandwich. It was fresh, crispy, and fast. Exactly what I needed. Thanks 😇

This is hands down the best Dunkin' Ive been to in a while! The employees are by far the life of the store, shoutout to Dolly, Natalie, and Cindy! They all deserve raises, they get the order right every time, and keep the joy alive!

This Dunkin my scare you because of how busy they look but the staff inside has got that place running efficiently

Drive thru can be a bit long and there's a wait most times but the staff is LOVELY literally ALWAYS chill and in a pleasant mood! It's nice when you visit an establishment and the staff is SMILING 😁! Working, doing their jobs and being respectful - it's surely a plus!

This is my daughter’s favorite go to birthday morning restaurant. She always gets donuts to share. This year she got a breakfast sandwich and iced coffee too.

Get coffee while you shop chocolates next door. Good deal. Place is nice and clean

Love this DD. The staff if so friendly. Jocy helped us today and was exceptional We had a slight issue and she solved the problem and was deeply apologetic. I wish all young people had these manners and work ethic. Yes there is always a line going around the store but you never really have to wait long.

Drive through lady is awesome and always super friendly. I didn't get her name...slender with dark curly hair. Always has something pleasant to say.

My son wanted to use a $2 VIP iced coffee card, we got in the mail. The young lady that took our order was very helpful. It was a Sunday, and very busy, but still clean. I wish I'd gotten her name. She was very patient with him, and even explained his add-in choices. Made me feel like we were in more than a donut shop. I had a macha tea latte with almond milk it was awesome & delicious. I didn't know Dunkin had so many choices of fancy coffees and other drinks. Bonus is that it's better on the wallet than that other giant coffee shop with the green logo(if you know what I mean), and still tastes pretty good.

Doing GOOD business is HARD these days.,Immediately after the pandemic lifted..This Dunkin donuts used to be the worst in customer service and employee attitude in Imperial Polk County Fla!!. However, since the BEAUTIFUL FRIENDLY AND MATURE latino lady started working there... I (we the general public) have noticed a drastically positive change in customer service at this store. Installing the electronic kiosk, was also a powerfully good business move. Finally .. but most importantly.. As another powerful and profitable business move .. we suggest that you promote the BEAUTIFUL FRIENDLY AND MATURE latino lady to store manager AND the head of customer service training for your current and Future staff members.

This isn't my usual Dunkin location and the few times I've been in the past there have always been problems- orders are wrong, rude staff, long waits, etc.
But not when I stopped in on 5/23! My order was correct and my coffee was perfect. That wasn't the best part of my visit, though. The cashier at the drive-thru window- Ms. Dolly, was the kindest person I've come across in so very long! She was very pleasant and gave me the sweetest compliments that left me feeling like $1,000,000! My Monday turned around for the better! Thanks, Ms. Dolly! 💚🍩☕💚

As always, I ordered a french vanilla latte. As always, it was made to perfection. This time I also ordered 2 egg whites and cheese wraps. Absolutely delicious. I placed my order on their app. I then navigated my way to their location. Pulled through their drive through. My order was ready to go as soon as I pulled up and the employee was very friendly. Perfect experience. Couldn't have went any better.
