Came by to get replacement windshield wipers, and being Speed Perks members, the wipers were free - and the new ones were installed quickly as well.

When it's 9am and your day keeps serving you disasters even small ones trying to keep the faith gets emotional and then God comes through with a vessel of hope. Today Aryany Gonzales was just that and more. I CANNOT OVERLOOK HOW SPECIAL SHE WAS IN MY DAY. Everyone is courteous and knowledgeable. If they don't have the part you need, they will order it for you in a timely manner.

I had to take a moment to write this for RJ because thank God for RJ! I recently came to Poinciana and happened to notice the Advance Auto Parts as soon as my battery light came on. Being able to pull over safely and get into the parking lot; RJ quickly came out and diagnosed my car in need of a new battery. Thank you so much for your professionalism and kindness during this! Saved my day for good. RJ honestly, the best!

I would like to shout out Alvaro Mora as he has provided excellent customer service skills through out my entire call experience. I had called with frustration on not being able to locate my battery on the system and He truly went the extra mile and did a deep search and was able to provide me with the information I needed. He was also extremely polite and professional. We need to acknowledge people like him. Keep up the great work.

Friendly staff and well priced products. I always come to this store for my routine oil change materials as well as to dispose of used oil. Staff is always courteous when I need assistance finding something or locating oil drop-off. No complaints from me.

Always great customer service. Most parts are in stock and if not available within a couple of days.

I rarely leave reviews, But I was so impressed with my experience at this advanced auto store starting with the cleanliness down to the courteous and knowledgeable employees. Christy was efficient in finding AND installing my battery All whilst maintaining a level of professionalism and fantastic, joyful, infectious attitude. I walked in there frustrated , worried with the issue I was having with my vehicle, and walked out with peace of mind and a genuine uplift of spirits all thanks to Christy.

I love this store! Great customer service from Ernie R. the store manager, Angel, Jaime, and Miguel. All of these guys were there from beginning to end with not giving up in helping me find what was wrong with the car. I appreciate how patient and courteous they all were about everything! Love this place when in got what I needed person I dealt with was RJI found the beginning to the end. She knew what she was doing. Got me the best service I can have definitely will go there again.

The lady that helped me was very nice. It was raining and I had to get some wipers she said that she couldn't put them on in the rain but if I wanted to wait 15 minutes she would be go iij ng home and she would put them on then. It stopped raining before she left so she put them on well on the clock. She was AWESOME.

Excellent, went there with a car that left me stranded a few times. Free of charge they tested the battery, which was totally dead, went inside showed me my options and installed it, also free of charge.

Their employees go all the way to even getting their hands dirty to help you. This time I was impressed because it was a young girl who helped me. She even went all the way on putting the new part into our truck. That helped a lot because my husband is disable and I....I am a woman. Hurray for woman empowerment! So sad I can't remember her name.

Helpful staff, did a battery test on my roommate 's import car. They suggested she get a battery with a warranty good nationwide. That's good because she 's Not mechanically inclined.
