This location has efficiency down! 🙌
I was greeted when I came in the door, ordered & then watched several mobile orders.
They have a alphabetical system in place on the counter & every label they placed facing outward for customers to read. 💯
Large amount of both indoor & outdoor seating here.
Our drinks were great too. 🙃

I've never had an issue at this Starbucks. This is the only Starbucks I trust to make my Pink Drink correctly. Whenever I've had an issue, I bring it up to them (like ice in my drink) and have never had a problem. Maybe it's the way people go about addressing problems with the employees. The customer is NOT always right, especially if they have an attitude with the people who are working to make a living and get through their day, just like most of us.
** I wish people would understand star ratings and just because there is 1 inconvenience, doesn't mean they should get a 1 star overall.

Very busy and the drive-thru took a long time but the people working inside and not the window were kind and friendly and did not let the crowd frazzle them or cause them to be rude in any way! Awesome service!

Love this Starbucks! The baristas are friendly, and do a great job. Lots of seating inside as well!

Was having a rough morning decided to get coffee with my sick girlfriend, I take my drinks from the nice girl at the window and I fumble and throw my drink on myself. She handed me a bunch of towels and insisted she remade my drink. Thank you, my day isn’t as bad anymore even though my car is covered in coffee. 90% of loyal customers are built off of good service, seriously thank you for today.

Drinks were spot on. Strangely over staffed with lots of whispering into their headsets & clearly indicating they were talking to each other about customers, all while being a lot slower than necessary.

The best Starbucks in the Kansas City area. Ever since this location has opened they’ve been on their A-game. The best customer service you’ll get and the drinks are fantastic. I love that my cheese danishes are never cold by the time I get them, unlike when I order from other locations. Whatever this team has, it’s working!

This is hands down the best, most consistent, and nicest Starbucks around! Quickest line I’ve ever went through. And the drinks are on point every time! My favorite location!

I love the setup of this location. Very fast with their service, also made my Frappuccino to perfection.

Plus two Equals a 7 star experience for me hands up to Olivia for her awesome customer service and my Caramel Frappe was Delicious 😂❤

Ngl I almost always just ask for a free water and do work on my computer.

They actually give you light ice when you ask for it!
