Michaels Custom Framing

I’ve had 20+ items framed here—for both the office and for home—and I’ve been consistently impressed by the quality of service. I really enjoy working with the framing team—especially Amy, Melissa, Priya, Rebecca, and Valerie—as they always have help me find the perfect frame for very different items. In the few times I’ve requested changes to be made after receiving the final frame, they’ve implemented these changes quickly and without fuss. I look forward to continuing my business here!

I just had a terrible experience. I took a picture in to be framed and a couple was ahead of me. They had a large picture to be framed and it took time to review their options. Completely understandable. I waited 15 minutes initially and then decided to grab a few items and come back. I did so and waited another 20 for them to finish the order. About that time, another woman came up. The sales associate looked at both of us and said to give her a few moments to take the previous customer’s picture to the back. When she returned, she started to help me with my order. The other woman interrupted and asked if she could “just pick something up”. The sales associate immediately left me to help her. This began a whole other exchange that left me waiting time and again. I am incensed. I never interrupted the other customer and waited patiently. It’s the worst money I ever spent. I should have just left.
