Fantastic! Staff is professional and knowledgeable. I was so happy with the first frame they made that I went back for them to do another project for us. Definitely recommend!!

Jim and his team took the time to imagine a number of different framing styles, and then once we selected a configuration, the job was completed in under a week. You do not find that type of service at Route 1 megastores and I highly recommend this framing shop to anyone with artwork in need of the final touch. A+

Such a wonderful place. They were incredibly thoughtful, knowledgeable, and helpful. Cannot complement the staff enough for their expertise and kindness.
I'd let them frame anything.
They could frame me for murder and I wouldn't mind.

Do yourself a favor and get your frames here.

Jim, Jay, and Kristin are lovely! I've had several of my digital illustrations printed by Image Arts and I'm always so impressed with the quality! The prints look exactly like how they do on my computer--the colors are vivid and bright and the lines crisp and clear. Whenever I have a client in the Central Jersey area, I always refer them to Image Arts. I can't thank you all enough!

Super knowledgeable and friendly staff. These guys have helped us with everything from photography to custom framing to creating a special family montage for a gift. The shop has a great selection of frames and some cool furniture. Check them out, you won't be disappointed.

Jim, Jay and Kirstin were excellent to deal with. I had asked for separate versions of the pictures to make sure I could use them for different needs and they were more than happy to oblige. Overall, all pictures were delivered on time and with high quality. Will return again.

Great experience here. Small miscommunication with my order (no ones fault) and the owner completely fixed the issue quickly and made up for it. I will definitely be coming back again.

We worked on many kinds of projects with the folks from Image Arts, from digitizing old images, framing complex (and large) artwork, and even getting digital photography tips. Wonderful people.

Avoid this place. It's incredibly expensive (almost $400 for a small frame) and they produce badly-made frames. They actually don't make the frames themselves - they send the work out to a third party which may explain the poor quality and high price. The employees are nice but the owner is arrogant and clearly doesn't care.

I spent an hour working up a quote with Kirsten on a complex framing project. At the end, I agree to the price and we arrange a meeting a few days later for me to bring in the art and finalize. A day before that date, I get an email from the owner, Jim Lee, as follows: "I am the owner of Image Arts, the framing store you visited on Saturday. After discussing your requirements with Kirstin, we regret that we will not be able to accommodate your project." This is really weird. So I try to contact Jim by email: "A little feedback please on why not?" His response: "simply a business decision." Well that's a non-answer, right? So I'm still wondering what the heck went wrong. So I make multiple attempts to call Jim to discuss. They refuse to take my call. These people are weird, this place is weird, and I recommend you take your business elsewhere.

I'm afraid our encounter with Image Arts was a disaster. The wire for the picture they framed (at substantial expense) broke after about two months. This meant not only a pile of glass in our living room and a cut hand (endless particles of glass). Above all, this meant a damaged--and invaluable picture. While they agreed to fix the frame (and in the process changed the wire height meaning we had to rehang it from scratch) they offered nothing for the damaged picture which was entirely their fault. We're now out an invaluable picture in addition to the headaches. I've never had a frame fall from the wall before--much less one so expensive--but that's what I got at Image Arts.
