Waffle House

Food is typically good but every year, the staff becomes worse and worse. Very loud and unprofessional. They need customer service training

Waffle House is usually a place I only visit when nothing else is open(available).
This location was pretty decent.
The overnight staff kept us laughing.
Great service and a clean store.

Dining room is clean and Ms. Joyce greeted us with a smile. Von , the chef easily created our plates and Ms. Joyce served em up in record time. We had a great experiencehere and look forward to eating here on our return trip north after the weekend in the mudd

Have yet to find an unpleasant waffle house. Always friendly and helpful. Thanks Waffle House.

The service here will either send you home feeling good and full or back on your road trip feeling welcomed and satisfied. Eve is the best turning her Northern roots into warm southern hospitality. Robert is great on the grill. They know what I want when I pull up 😍😍😍😋. And it's the same good taste every time. No switch up 🙌. You have to visit. Scrambled eggs w/cheese(that are actually scrambled), grits w/cheese, toasted raisen bread, and bacon😋😋😋. Yummers

After listening to Podcast from Jim cornet I was intrigued about trying the waffle house he always spoke so fondly of it I am more of a pancake person Myself however after eating the Plain waffle And the blueberry Waffle I have discovered that a waffle can truly be an amazing thing I will certainly be Stopping at waffle house again the next time I pass through in my travels unfortunately in the Pennsylvania area there are no waffle houses this should change

This has to be the nicest waffle house I have ever been in. The people working here are very nice willing to talk to you , can't do enough for you. Very nice group of people working here. All the others should be this nice to the folks that come in here to eat or just a cup of coffee. It is the cleanest eating house I ever been in. The floors are clean no trash on the floor and the help all of them are cleaning something. I could say alot more but this what I have written should say it all. If you the big shots do your job , you should come in and eat plus tell these people how great of job they are doing for the rest of your chain. Good job

Good food amd service always!

The customer service and food was excellent.

Boy, what a difference! We went to the other Waffle House on the west side of the Interstate and couldn't get anyone to serve us, so we left. Not so at ths location. Prompt and courteous service and good food. Plus we got the traditional "Hello" when we entered!

Nice little place, service was super fast and friendly, the only thing is that they give you your check at the same time they serve your food.

Only complaint really isn't a complaint and that would be the wait due to COVID restrictions. We were seated as soon as space was available. We were a large group of 9, but were sat in close proximity to each other to allow for conversation. Our waiter was chipper and friendly. She checked on us regularly throughout our meal. The food came out very quickly and tasted great. The restaurant overall managed to handle getting people in and out very will and quickly without ruining the quality of the experience.

I have been to many waffle house locations to dine. I have have some good experiences and some that were not so good. I have had experiences where I thought "this is wonderful". But this evening was it. At the Weldon North Carolina location, 3 yound men held down the Waffle House without missing a beat. When I say TEAMWORK.....They all worked together, there was no arguing or bickering, no horseplay, they were polite, courteous, they kept it neat and clean, and the food was damn good! If you all don't do anything else, contact the manager and let them know these three guys delivered the best service I have EVER had in a Waffle House. Funny thing is, there is a Waffle House about two minutes from here that my family and I went to, but saw the server's nasty attitude fron the window so we decided to come to this location, hoping to get at least slightly better service. Who said men couldn't lead in a kitchen???

Beyond Satisfied Customer

Updated: Tonight Tyler was the only employee working, and it was like there were four employees there. He was attentive and polite, and the food was great!

Good service, ample amount of food that tastes good.

The service was great. Tee served us and the cook made my family a delicious dinner. It was so good. It was hot and delicious. Service and flavor of food was immaculate!!!! Overall it was to die for.

Patrick was very kind and nice.

Very clean, friendly and quick service, and great food. Bathrooms were clean and renovated, which was very nice. Highly recommend.

Now, I know you must be thinking "who would give a waffle house five stars?" but let me explain why I rated this way. I arrived at about 3am after riding for five hours. From the second I walked in (very tired) they immediately treated me like the family they actually like. They were kind and kept good conversation along with serving me rapidly. And to be honest, it was the best waffle house food I've ever had. I would definitely keep this location saved as a great quick place to stop when on a long ride. Thank you waffle house for making the remainder of my trip more enjoyable.

Had breakfast this morning. Food was good, service was good. Nice and clean too. Only complaint was the music needs to be turned down a bit. Will go back soon.
