Spectacular product and customer service experience with The Sauna Guys. The sauna we bought is magnificent. We've had it several months now and are using it regularly.

Communication with The Sauna Guys was easy, they were always responsive and easy to work with. Once we placed our order they kept us up to date and worked with our schedule and needs for delivery. The Sauna Guys deliver anywhere and we were impressed with the delivery and placement.

Since each sauna size and features can be customized we went with what works best for our needs - a 7 foot round that is 12' long. That gives us about an 8 foot bench length in the stove room, easily enough for six adults or a stretched out couple. The 4 foot changing room is ideal for stripping down or cooling off between sweats. We opted for some custom pegs for sauna hats and towels, and a little shelf we use for a bluetooth speaker.

If you like saunas well this is your place to go! Had two saunas so far. Takes about 2-3 small logs to heat up. Ready in about 45 mins. If you do get one just be sure to start a fire and crack open the doors the first couple times. The stove needs to burn the paint and dust off the rocks. This is normal so don’t be surprised. We ordered a 6' sauna (4' sauna with 2' porch) from the Sauna Guys. Ordering was easy and they communicated very well throughout the process since I had a lot of questions. Our sauna was delivered on time and is the cutest! My only regret is that I didn't quite realize how small 4' is lol. Wish I had sprung for the 6' interior, but oh well, it does work, heats well, and is very well made. I highly recommend these guys!

Their barrel sauna's are authentic and impressive! I'm very happy with my sauna (and the price was good also) ...These are hand-built and sturdy and the redwood smells wonderful! These guys are friendly, prompt, and arrive when they say they are gonna arrive. (big plus) and they answered all my questions via email without being annoyed. Nothing compares to the upper penninsula quality of these saunas!

These guys are amazing. The craftsmanship is far better than I seen with competitor. Customer service was over the top. They went out of their way to get us a sauna after competitor took our deposit and never delivered. Do not use competitor up the road. We ended up with a far better sauna in the end and although we will never see our money from the other, we are much happier. Thanks again guys
