Ordered diabetic shoes in May 2023 with a $200 deposit. Picked up in June 2023 paying the remaining $200. Was told by Jason Bradshaw that I would get my money faster this way. Certified would file the claim and I would be sent a check from Medicare. Diabetic patients get one free pair of shoes yearly through Medicare. So far…the file has not be filed but I am told the paperwork has been filed. Calls weekly have not been returned by anyone. I am told I have to talk to Casey, owner, and he is never available. Stopped by today and got nowhere. They haven excuse for everything. I have never been treated so badly. Today…Jason promised he will take care of it and have Casey call me Monday!

This is totally unacceptable and I am so frustrated and do not know what to do.
