Addison Tucker brought my oxygen supplies to me on Tuesday Feb 6, 2024, and he was absolutely wonderful!! My dog never barked once at him, and my dog is a very good judge of character! Addison was so helpful, he explained everything with clear instructions. He was respectful and kind. I’m glad he was assigned to me!

Mack was wonderful! Patient and knowledgeable. He made a house call at 8 pm. He fixed our problems and retaught what we needed to do to keep mom healthy. He was terrific

So happy we found Roth Medical after our awful experience with aerocare.

Today my son's concentrator was alarming. I ran through all of the steps (veteran oxygen parent here) and still could not get the light to go away. John McGuire was the tech that was sent to us. Not only did he try to troubleshoot on the phone with us. When we magically fixed the problem over the phone he still stopped in to double check. I learned a lot from him and I thought I knew a lot. He was SO GOOD at explaining things in a way that didn't make you feel stupid. He knows a lot and was very helpful. I personally think he should be the tech that goes out to houses with babies and kids on oxygen for the first time. So much knowledge shared!! I am impressed. Thanks again John!!

My 96 year old father and I received outstanding service from John when he delivered and set up oxygen machine and portable tanks. John genuinely listened to my concerns and together we devised a safe and effective method for my father in his small apartment. John was extremely patient on his instruction for how to use the portable tanks and how to acquire replacement tanks and tubes. I am grateful we had John as our delivery guy!!!

Hubby was discharged from PVH today. He has multiple pulmonary emboli and needs to be on oxygen for at least 3 months. He did not get checked out of PVH until after 5pm. When we got home, Hubby called Roth because his oxygen tank was almost out. Company was closed, but they have after-hours delivery service. The most delightful, personable, professional, employee named Seth brought us everything thing we needed and some things we never knew we needed. He clearly explained how everything worked. I had the most enjoyable chat with him as he unloaded 10 of the small O2 tanks in our garage. This experience was the best thing that happened to us in an otherwise extremely stressful day.

I have to say my experience here has been really good, they have stayed late to accommodate us and were new in thier system, always polite and professional and smile and laugh with us, we live in estes park and have to exchange portable tanks when we come down, they provide us with enough tanks to keep us mobile, no hassle at all, this cowboy wants to thank them for everything through this rough time

Michelle was so helpful to navigate me through to get some potential help where we now live in AZ. She was pleasant, and very thorough even though we are now with a Dr. in AZ.

We called to arrange delivery of portable tanks of oxygen. They were helpful and responsive and friendly.

Jack & Michelle were great to work with. Everything was well covered and discusses. They need more accessible business location. Very professional and polite.

We received oxygen tanks and a complete setup from Lori B. She was very thorough and answered all of our questions. She did it with kindness and a smile. That's exactly the kind of service we needed after a very rough hospital stay. Thank you Lori, you are a blessing!

I'm not sure what to think about this place. Understanding they have best practices in mind. I was prescribed oxygen my release from the hospital. However, I have not used it in well over a month. I was told I can return it myself and sign a release or have my care provider submit a release. I am being charged monthly for this equipment.
I made the request today for pick up.
From today on I will not be paying for it.

Polite, attentive assistance, but the equipment was not in good condition. We had to ask for help with leaks in the oxygen tanks and other equipment multiple times.

The people are nice but oh my gosh communication is impossible, had a pickup scheduled for today they just never showed up and Noone ever answers the phone

Roth Medical Staff helped me get set up with a CPAP. They taught me how to use the device. For that one time engagement, they were great.

Follow up was tough. I wasn't using the machine long enough because I kept pulling it off in my sleep. Not a lot of concern from ROTH just advice to use it. I travel a lot but I was trying. I got calls from a separate group also ROTH except they were trying to get me to buy replacement items and etc. They also wanted deductibles; which is understandable but I'm trying to see if the device works for me or not and the focus is on replacement pieces and deductibles.

Maybe the device would have helped me but I may never know. The insurance company has cut off support. I understand this decision because I wasn't using it. I don't know if I'll ever be able to try again. The insurance company might not support that. I've paid everyone what they deserve but I'd advise anyone to push ROTH for answers before working with them. Learn from my errors, please.

Bottom line, I would have appreciated long term support on top of the one-time demonstration. ROTH staff may respond but I'm not interested in arguing the point. This is how I saw the experience.

They brought my equipment on time but when I called to have them pick it up they kept claiming they hadn't got the fax from the dr. Although the Drs office had sent it twice.

I guess it's not in corporates interest to supply infant face sticker grips to keep oxygen cannulas on babies. Bandaids do not work the same. The hospital thinks you still supply the stickers so maybe let them know your ridiculous new cost saving measure. The extra star is for the nice people we encountered.

Not the best service I've ever received, sometimes very difficult to make an appointment
