We’ve been with this company for years and I’ve never had a problem. I really love that. They are there for my daughter and her needs and all of her supplies when it comes to her oxygen supplies and needs. I really appreciate her nurse tim and everything they is doing for, my daughter thank you

I arrived early and was greeted immediately. Very professional, my whole experience today was 5 star. Harold was great, answered all my questions and was very knowledgeable regarding my equipment needs.

The very nice person who delivered my order was extremely efficient and came well prepared.
My early experience trying to find out who to call to get these supplies was also positive. In fact, all the people I dealt with (from all over the country, I presume) were very helpful in placing my order. A most agreeable experience.

Harry was very professional, nice, helpful, answered every question I would have practically before I could ask them. I like the way that my supplies will be shipped to me on a schedule instead of having to hunt down a representative at another company. Harry is a 5+ in my book, and I don’t give that rating often.

Real pros here! I’ve learned so much about my sleep apnea and how to address it in the best interest of my health. Only wish I’d met the pros at Major Medical 25 years ago - undoubtedly my health would be significantly better today. Very positive experience with the representative. Clear instructions, knowledgeable and accommodating as well as professional, helpful and cheerful.
The new CPap machine is a big improvement and I was happy with the old. The new mask is so comfortable and steady does not move around. Like how compact the carry bag is for the CPap as I have to travel.

My CPAP failed. Major Medical, Harry and several of their staff rushed replacement thru with help from me and my Dr. Kesler providing required information on prior sleep study data. Great service and big thank you to all!

Kalab was fantastic!!! I had no heat. Very cold in my house. Kalab got right to it and with in an hour I had heat.
I will only use you for my heating and air problems.
Kalab should get a raise!

Harold was amazing, he took care of all my needs for replacing tubing and masks. He also answered all my questions without hesitation and in a very professional manner.

My brother’s oxygen compressor died at 8:00 pm last night. I called the number for our local major medical and the after hours person had a service technician call me within 5 minutes. Aidan asked some questions and then gave me a time estimate for his arrival. He was earlier than stated! He did some testing and determined that the unit needed to be replaced. He had the replacement in his vehicle and installed it and made sure it was working before he left. Aidan was simply amazing and I am so appreciative!

The Respiratory therapist (Harold) was excellent, the quality of the CPAP machine is the best, the followup involves sending me the few needed replacement parts. The machine is silent, the mask is comfortable. I was dreading this change in my life, but it is less intrusive than I imagined. And if I need something, Harold has been ready to help.
