Ordered a set of Running Boards for my new Silverado. Installation was quicker than expected and looks great. Even got a quick car wash before leaving the dealership. The Herlong Family is great and always strives for great customer satisfaction

Great waiting area. I had a lot of work done on my car. I traveled about 40 miles just to have my car serviced at Herlong, because of the excellent service department. I was there for about 6 hours because my car was due for major tune-up work. The service representative checked on me regularly, and offered to have someone drive me to lunch.

We are well pleased with the help from Cassidy when we purchased our 2015 f150 and 5 months later returned and Cassidy helped with the purchase of our 2017 f150. Cassidy listened at what we were looking for and is helped choose the right vehicle. We also want to thank Brooke who also helped with the purchase of 3 vehicles from them. We love them at Herlong. This was a basic oil change and tire rotation. As usual, service was prompt/ on time. It’s so nice to deal with a dealership like Herlong where employees know your name and are so refreshingly focused on all of you- your car and their relationship with you as a valued customer. That’s the way you always feel there. And I’m definitely a happy customer!

They are trying really hard to figure out why my battery keeps going dead overnight.

I hate dealerships but I truly think these people are different. Been there 3 times now with no issues. Nothing major, oil change, etc. I do have a positive story about them. Bought the car from another dealership, took it in 4 times in 18 months for a rubbing noise. Took it to Herlong once, they knew exactly what it was, told me there was a service bulletin on it, had the part and fixed it free. Wow..

I bought a truck Saturday
It was the first time I've bought a vehicle from a big dealership.
They were busy I had 2 kids with me even tho they were super busy
they made sure I understood everything, or if I needed anything it was taken care of. They were straight forward with everything.
Michael Zimmerman did a great job friendly, great on listening/and begin understanding and not pushy on sales which makes you want to buy one he made sure me and my kids were taken care of.
I would recommend anyone to buy a vehicle from here.

Always have great service. But this last time they said we needed brakes and tires and they were supposed to call with a estimate on the price.never did and when I tried to call no one answers .
