This service is great, they deep cleaned the couch I had gotten from a friend that needed a lot of work. They did such a good job it doesn’t even look like the same couch. 100% recommend, told all my friends they were so sweet and did a great job!

The personable owner of the company Wendy and a few of her crew showed up to clean a heavy area rug for me. They did a great job and I decided to have her company do a deep clean of my house. In a few days three of Wendy's personnel Dianne, Sam and Tyler showed up right on time. They went right to work and spent hours making my house spotless. Their attitude was terrific and attention to detail was more than I had hoped for. I will remain a loyal customer of Wendy and her crew. Great job gang, thank you.

I got a new pup a few months ago and she had a few accidents on the carpet and I could not get the smell out, but after Wendy completed the cleaning the only odor was that of a orange citrus which was wonderful!! I found out that Wendy also provides house cleaning services so I already booked her and her team as I have no doubt they will do a magnificent job. 10/16/21...I had to come back and post again as this time I used Ace to clean my home and once again they came through for me. Ace did not disappoint!!! Diane and Kelly did a GREAT job!! They were very detailed in their cleaning. They even had me inspect before they left, this is how confident they are in what they do. Not only did they do an awesome job, but the entire team are just wonderful people! I am looking to get my couch and loveseat cleaned by Ace sometime soon and I’m pretty sure they will come through again. Wendy and team, thank you for your awesome work!!!

Whendy and her crew cleaned my apartment for me before I moved in. The person who lived there before me probably never cleaned but whendy gave me a very reasonable price to do it and everyone was very professional and did a great job. Highly recommended.

Charlie and Wendy do great work with both the cleaning and carpet installation! They did a quality job on our new house we just bought by cleaning and stretching the carpets that were still good and replacing the bad ones. Their work was excellent and done in a very timely manner. For a great price too!! Skip the large chain stores and support local business!!

We had a great experience using ACE yesterday. We bought a furnished home that the prior owners used only seasonally, and hadn’t been cleaned (well) in what seems to be years, since they were down in Florida. The home had a musty odor that was really bothering me, lots of cobwebs, and floor to ceiling tiling in the vaulted bathrooms that had only been wiped to where they could reach. The rugs and carpets were from the 80s and while in great condition, definitely needed to be deep cleaned and refreshed. We hired them to do quite the job - carpet cleaning for three bedrooms, a hallway, and staircase as well as area rug deep cleaning, removal of all screens to be cleaned, waxing of the hardwood floors, and a deep clean of the entire 2800 square foot house. The team was friendly and determined, and worked very hard for almost 8 hours. When they left it looked (and more importantly, smelled) like a different house. I woke up this morning and it started to feel more like our home. I’m very grateful to Wendy and her team for starting us off on the right foot, since I have a one and three year old and doing it myself would have taken months to go room by room. We will be looking to them again as we create our own biannual or seasonal dirt that requires extra attention each year, and for annual carpet cleaning. We have a high end wool rug in the living space, and I was concerned about it being cleaned well and properly, but it is clean and looks just fine after.

Wendy and her team did a top notch job through out my house. She got out stains that i thought were permanent. Throughout they were courteous and respectful of my property. I highly recommend Ace Carpet Cleaners.

They were all so sweet and friendly. I was so nervous when they first got here because my carpet was a disaster. It was embarrassing. They all were so passionate about fixing it. It looks brand new, and I couldn't be happier with the service provided in both aspects of customer service and care of the project. Would I hire them again? Absolutely! Should you hire them? Without a doubt in my mind.

Wendy is a very knowledgeable cleaner, knows her cleaning products, and is super friendly. She is always willing to go the extra distance when answering any questions or concerms. I hear only good things about her cleaning company, and services. I had an ongoing carpet odor problem which I asked for her advice, and she got me a cleaning product which sucked the odor right up. Prior to useing this product I had tried every possible home remedy which nothing worked, and I explained that to her before she recommended the cleaning product. She let me know not to waste my money on average cleaners from like Walmart for stuck out odors that you actually need to get a commercial cleaner otherwise the odor will never leave. I honestly cannot believe the strength difference between cleaners. If i am having any cleaning trouble, and need an opinion or advice I will be giving Ace carpet cleaning a call to talk it over with Wendy. Overall I am a firm believer that this company knows there stuff, and will get you the services you need. Even if it is something as simple as needing a cleaning product.

Always had my carpets cleaned by a steam and extract method...glad I gave Ace a try. Not only did Whendy get all the stains out, but she left my whole house with the refreshing aroma of an orange grove and she didn't charge me extra for the pet stains or the odor. Unlike the steam/extract cleaning method, my carpets were perfectly dry within one hour! Thank You Ace...see you next time! :)

I am a Flooring Installer with 30 plus years experience installing all types of flooring. I would recommend this type of carpet cleaning to everyone. This is NOT steam cleaning, it is spin pad cleaning. As I have always known steam cleaning injects water through the carpet and gets into the pad, causing mold and mildew to possibly build up.

Terrific cleaners, and so honest. They cleaned an antique large carpet, and made the colors pop again like new. Also, they cleaned a delicate tumble marble bathroom floor with lots of imbedded dirt and it came out great. I will use them again for sure.

Used Wendy for a complete carpet cleaning we needed done. Alternative was having to replace the carpet because of so much damage -- she did miracles and saved us a huge expense. HIGHLY recommend.
