Always nice and clean..always... the staff they had there was nice very friendly and kept busy. She wiped down the machines multiple times, swept after machines were in use and those friendly what's not fell out of the laundry...she also made it a point to greet and acknowledge everyone.

This is by far the nicest, cleanest and most-modern laundromat I have ever visited. There are plenty of standard and large-capacity washers, all of which accept debit card as well as coin. Likewise with the long row of dryers; it is all very posh but the price per load is comparable to other laundromats I've used.

They are always so nice here. They keep it very clean! Super affordable for size of washers and dryers. And the owner literally noticed me struggling with a stain and helped me scrub it out with some of his special stain removal! They have a customer for life in me!

Very clean , up-to-date machines, nice people running it. It is one of the nicest laundry's I have been in.

All sorts of washer sizes. Nice areas to fold your cloths. Seems clean and well managed.

From the very first moment we walked into The Laundry Basket we were sold. It is so incredibly clean and well maintained. Everyone was helpful and kind. They also were welcoming of us bringing all 6 of our kids in to do laundry for several hours. Highly recommend The Laundry Basket!!!

Clean super clean. Great security and the friendliest staff. Machines are very well maintained and super easy to use... they take card which is epic.

Our washing machine computer board went out so we made a morning of it to come get our 3 loads done. We must've looked a bit "lost" because dear Yvonne stepped right in to explain to us the benefits of a preloaded loyalty card vs. swiping with our debit (which places a hold fee). She kindly helped us load that card & we were on our way!! Sunny atmosphere, good music & tables for some downtime conversation with my hubby!! Make it a date!! Thank you for all the help for us rookies!!

This is a pretty typical laundromat. Although they do have staff present during open hours, which is helpful sometimes. There’s usually a few machines broken down, but it’s a large place so it’s rarely inconvenient. There is very limited parking right in front of the door so you may have to walk all the way across the parking lot with your laundry in the winter time. It would be nice if they reserved. One parking spot in front of the door for quick unloading and loading only. This place does have bathrooms which is very nice.

This has been the nicest laundry mat we have ever been to. We were immediately greated by Yvonne, she informed us of their loyalty program. Super impressed with her customer service skills. Such a sweet lady with the intention to help in any way she can. This will definitely be our place!

Amazing clean and perfect atmosphere! We tried a lot of coin laundries because we travel a lot around and this has been the best of all. It’s a bit pricey but therefore the clientele is decent.

It's been awhile since I needed a laundromat. My washer died and I was desperate to get my granddaughter's clothes washed for a trip the next day. I went to The Laundry Basket down the road from my house. I cannot say enough good things about this place. The two people working were so helpful and definitely the sweetest souls I've met in a very long time. They answered my many questions without a sigh, eye roll or any sign of annoyance. On top of that, the place was very clean and had plenty of places to sit and wait, inside and out. There were different sizes of machines so you don't have to spend more than necessary whether you have multiple small loads or one large.

I have been coming here for over 6 months. The owners take great care of the facilities and keep it maintained very well. Chelsea is incredible!!! She keeps the place organized/uncluttered, and clean! I have rarely seen work ethic like hers, she clearly takes pride in her job!

Super clean facilities and super friendly owner and staff. They take a lot of pride in this establishment and it shows. We are on the road for work and this is one of the best laundromats we’ve used. The machines are clean and in working order. They are also pet friendly. It doesn’t get much better than that. When we return to the area, we’ll be back.

I am a full time traveler with my husband so we are constantly using different laundromats. The first one I tried in the area was so gross, and expensive (I’m talking 3$ for a small washing machine). So I took it to Google to find a nice one around the Loveland/Fort Collins area. This was the first one to pop up and had mostly good reviews so I came to try it. By far one of the nicest laundromats I have been too. Was super clean, didn’t feel like I wash washing my clothes in someone else’s gross left over washer. Clothes came out smelling amazing, and there is plenty of washers and dryers to use of all sizes! And the best part is it was affordable.

I use the wash, dry, fold laundry service and am almost always incredibly impressed!! It is always done within 24 hours and today they even got it done in just about 2 1/2 hours (very impressive for the 70 pounds of clothes I dropped off). The one time I had an issue, they resolved it quickly and professionally and hasn't happened since. Thank you so much!!!!

My wife and I have been traveling FT in our RV since Jan. '23. After touring 10 states (so far), this is the *best* laundromat that we have visited. It's clean, large, with ample seating room and attendants in case you need help. The machines are all fairly new, and the credit card readers on them actually work. (The machines accept quarters too.) There are electrical outlets for your portable devices. There's only thing they can improve upon: There's no Wi-Fi, and cell reception is basically nonexistent in this particular area of Loveland. If they added free Wi-Fi for their customers, this could contend for the best laundromat in the nation!

This is by far the best laundromat that I go to each and every time. The washer and dryers are huge making it easier for me to do big loads of laundry at a single time. The people that are working there are always friendly, always cleaning up the place and keeping it nice and tidy. I've honestly had one time where I finished washing my clothes and moved them over to the dryer and it took longer than usual to dry my clothes. When it was finally finished it smelled of cigarette which immediately threw me off but did I did NOT make it a big deal due to it almost being closing time. Ever since that one time my clothes smelled of cigarette I've always popped in 2 dryer sheets to avoid the nasty smell but other than that this laundromat is popping. It even has a change machine inside along with laundry detergent you can purchase snacks drinks anything you need. Thank you for making it feel safe for myself and others especially at night when its getting late this is the laundromat you want to go to folks. Thank you for your time😊

My dryer quit and had to make the trip to the laundromat, chose The Laundry Basket. This place is awesome!! Yvonne held the door for me while I unloaded, and explained the machines. Very clean, and everyone is super nice! Thank you!
