Customer service is absolutely amazing here! Everyone here was kind and made sure we were taken care of. Rahn was awesome and helped us pick the right fishing line and assisted us with getting it on our reels!

I used to work with Retailers and I can tell you how hard it is to carry such a wide variety of items such as Jax does - especially post tariffs with margins tighter then ever.

Not sure about the previous negative comment on customer service as every time I am in there if someone does not know, they will find someone in the store that does and for such a wide variety of items that they carry... you cannot expect each employee to know every little product in that store. Great Store, highly recommend

More than other sites, I really do trust the reviews hereon.
This app does have one drawback. It wants me to review every establishment at which I have stopped to tie my shoe.
I have been in this store. I purchased a Schrade old timer copycat knife, made by Kershaw... in china...
The store is quite clean, well-stocked with diverse items all over the map. Except china. Lower case.
I classify this place as what walmart lower case SHOULD be. This place is the quality version of an wannabe all-enconpassing shopping destination.
Extensive free parking.
Handicap access and parking.
Attentive staff.
Everything is full retail price.
Anywho: the last few times I have visited was only to sit on the delightful bench swing at the front door whilst charging my phone.

Large selection. I love that a lot of the items come from local suppliers instead of stuff made elsewhere. It's a nice combination of utility and necessity and aesthetic and cute. I come here for gifts often and also when doing a project!

Great place for all seasons gear. Fishing tackle is only two Isles that was a little upsetting but they were very helpful with my questions.

This place recently got a major addition! They have a full on bike shop, a really open area dedicated to camping and outdoors, an excellent selection of clothing AND an indoor archery range. There’s always an employee happy to assist and provide a hand as well. One of my top outdoor gear stores in Northern Colorado hands down.

I bought some shoes last summer. It turns out they had a defect because a seam was coming apart. I didn't have the receipt anymore, but all I had to do was give my telephone number and they had record of my purchase. They gave me full store credit so I found a similar pair of shoes. Super easy to return something at JAX.

I love JAX's they have everything you need, nothing you don't. I was here on black Friday. I won a $100.00 dollar gift card for being the first hundred people in line. thinks JAX, I bought my grandkids christmas present. 😊

Actually a nice place. I'm not sure why I always went to other establishments that are similar but I need to start coming here. Wide variety of product, and for those who need CO2 refills, this is your place. They have the cheapest rates to refill I've ever seen with a cool program to get a free refill if you sign up for free.

I'm an avid fisherman and I'm always in the fishing section. Great customer service and very knowledgeable but sometimes limited on what they carry.

I had to exchange a shirt due to the wrong size, it was a gift. All the staff I engage with were helpful, cheerful and a pleasure to work with. The staff in the coffee shop were Amazing too!
I love the new addition and layout for outdoor wear.

This store has the appeal of a family run retailer, but its inventory of everything outdoor - backyard to trail mix to high end backpacks - is truly impressive; shopped there on local recommendations in June 2023 - great store

Great selection of camping, outdoor, and backpacking equipment. I was also surprised that they carry climbing equipment and service and sell bicycles as well. That is addition to the tools, apparel and cooking stuff. Great store. Friendly employees.

Very pleasant and helpful staff! My new job required me to get steel toed boots that I'll be standing in 8+ hours a day for the foreseeable future. My last pair of work shoes was from Jax and they lasted me 8+ years of manual labor, so this is the first place I went. I tried on a number of boots for quite some time. One of the sales associates was very nice and offered to check their other store to see if they had the size I wanted. They did and I made the short trip over where I met another very sweet and cute sales associate. She brought me a number of different sizes of boots until I was satisfied and was very helpful in making sure I got the best fit. Couldn't be happier with the shopping experience and the boots I got feel like walking on clouds

Scott in the bike shop was super helpful and taught me a number of the finer points when it comes to maintaining a tubeless mountain bike tire. Throughout the store, the staff were knowledgeable and friendly.

I had the most amazing experience there with my child today. 💕 we were looking for some baseball gear for his first season, and I honestly don't know much but, how to break in a glove. Duncan was absolutely wonderful, clearly passionate about the sport helped me make the right choices on his new bat and glove. There was also a woman, who moved racks for him to run and try his cleats on and actually knew to get the person to help! Will always be coming back. I've never seen such friendly staff!
