We had a wonderful two hour cruise around a very quiet corner of the lake in our rented canoe and 2 kayaks. The swinging bridge, islands, and hidden water ways were really cool. We were put in and taken out at the same location. . . for an unbeatable price and with no waiting.

If you want a private quiet spot to kayak, this is it. We showed up without a reservation, had no problem getting the kayaks. He dropped them in and picked them up when we were done. The people are nice.

They don’t have a website, just Facebook. Pricing there if you scroll down. This is a privately owned operation. One guy, one gal. Your cell phone will not work out there which is why I had trouble getting them on the phone in advance. The -8895 # voice Mail isn’t set up and the -9838 # kept dropping the call on his end. But we drove out there anyway.

The swinging bridge is closed off but you should still come. It’s very picturesque. Launch is right under it. FB posted hours 8a-7p on F/SA/Su only. $35/up to 4 hours per boat.
