Unfortunately, I didn't catch the front counter lady's name but she was INCREDIBLY nice!!! She was also outside when we were leaving and told us to have a great evening.. she was cleaning the restrooms when we arrived. As a long-time gas station employee, I notice & appreciate a lot! I told her they looked great and she beamed with gratitude!

I went through the drive-thru at dinner time on Thursday. I was the 7th car to order. I could not believe how fast the line moved. Whomever took this restaurant over after the remodel, are doing an amazing job.

They're very fast and professional. I never go in but going through the drive through is usually a fairly quick experience and they're very good at getting your order correct ,which means everything when going through a drive through.

Try that baconator very filling I thought I like that but the $7 biggie bag is the best I think very filling and don't have to worry about being too full but being just full at the right time also order a large drink with that should be great until you get off of work and then it's time to smash again

Great kid that Clayton granger fella is he gave me extra sauce made sure I was comfortable in my seat he made me feel welcomed in a place where I’m usually not comfortable

New wendys. Love the openness of the dining room. Very quick and super sweet workers. Always fresh food and fast! Give this fast food restaurant 100%... which is hard for me! Always on point and I see if their is a mistake, it is quickly solved with care! Team is always working well together. Super clean and even restrooms had lovely smell. Has highchairs, so is ready for the whole family!

Great service and great staff. This staff gets the job done quickly, with a 😃 smile. The food is served hot. The inside and out is very clean.

Now open, underwent a modern remodel. Usually never have an issue with them. What made me happy as a customer is that on one occasion, they didn't give me a small chili I'd ordered, and I simply didn't feel like going back for it. So the next week I was there and asked about it, and they gave me the chili, no questions asked. I mean, I had the receipt ready to go and what not, but I thought that was awesome customer service.

We got a 4 for 4 and the Asiago Grilled Chicken Club with fries and Sprites! Our food was fresh and correct!

The food was hot and good. I ordered the Asiago ranch club with grilled chicken. The wait was a bit long. You could tell the place was short staffed. The guy taking orders on July 22nd at lunch was awesome. Never stopped smiling, was working as hard as possible to get caught up with an upbeat attitude. That's a special employee. I'll be back to this location whenever I'm working in the area for sure.

The amount of food that is fresh not under a light is wonderful with today’s economy!!

I went in to carry out my bowl of chili. The vibe inside was so positive. I’m sure that covid has really put extra pressure on the employees. They were slammed busy yet everyone was smiling. I overheard a young lady was getting off her shift and she too was carrying out her meal home. After she signed out she volunteered to help ring out the elderly couple behind me. Despite them not knowing if bacon came on the baconator she maintained a positive smile and patiently explained to them the ingredients. The manager a younger black man was super friendly. I could tell by his uniform that he likely was the manager. He was friendly and busy and explained that our food would be ready soon. It really seemed that they had a great positive vibe going on. I leave this review before I have opened my bag. I expect Wendy’s signature chili… even if the chili is less than exceptional my experience greatly will overshadow any “fast food” that I have riding shotgun.

Wow!!! Food was picture perfect as was the quality. The staff working this evening are fun superstars. Staff was professional, friendly, courteous, efficient and effective in all that did tonight. Thank you Erlanger Wendy's night crew. You made my night better.

I've been to this locationany many times and still I can give this store a 5****** rating I love the 4 for $4 deal you can usually trade an item for a small Chili (make sure to get enough crackers!) The Chili with those Steak Fries are always Hot & Crispy. Dining in you can expect a clean and curtious restaurant, even the bathrooms are nice and clean!I'd recommend this location with confidence as a Erlanger Resident.

Breakfast is good! Biscuits and gravy, chicken breakfast sandwich was good. Baby loved to french toast sticks

Made my 1st stop at this location. I'll be returning to this location even though it is farther away. This location is much nicer than the 1 on Orphanage Rd. I called RE the frosty tags & Stacy answered the phone. Couldn't have asked for a sweater or more helpful person. She asked me how many I wanted. Told her 12 & she said "got you covered" & asked exactly where are you located on Dixie Hwy & she gave excellent directions. I wish my son & i had gone to this location 1st as I'm pretty sure our food would have tasted much better. This location is busier inside & drive thru & sign on the door states they deliver. I didn't take the time to ask the delivery radius as I had a tight schedule. I would recommend this location.

I come to this Wendy's pretty often and this store always does a great job. Food is always good, orders are always accurate, staff is friendly. Leagues above the other fast food establishments on Dixie.

I truly want to take this time to say Thank You for your hospitality, concern and overall support from not only your staff but each and every customer. My vehicle broke down in the drive thru lane Friday 10/30/2020. Our safety was first and most importantly! Your staff brought out food and juuce for my grandbabies that were with me! One customer brought me a milk for the baby. It's not by chance but I know by God's grace. I hope that in this review some type of recognition goes out to your team of 🌟 🌟 players and your customers 🙏 Thank You!!
