This post office is a breath of fresh air! It was very busy since it's so close to Christmas, but the attendant was friendly and cheerful. They had over a dozen different kinds of stamps available! Two days last week my neighborhood post office didn't have any stamps available, none! Two other days last week the neighborhood post office only had Santa stamps, nothing else. It is worth the drive for me to go to Groveport office.

In all my life, I have never been in a Post Office that is as good as this one is. They are courteous, helpful, and quick. I have never had to wait more than a few minutes in the last 14 years, since I moved here from Florida. I never mind having to go to this location. Love it.

Been paying for a PO Box here for some time now and I have had a wonderful experience. Staff is amazing.👍🏾👍🏾 Keep up the great work, !!!! and I truly appreciate you guys hard work

The customer service people are doing great ! They are genuine and very helpful!

Recently had a problem with something not being delivered, not only was the lady I talked to friendly, but our mail lady drove back out here and fixed the problem within minutes. Thank you so much!

This is my favorite post office to go to. Lisa is always nice and helpful. Service is normally pretty quick as well

Always friendly, courteous and thorough. They don't rush your service and don't expect them to rush the one before or after you.

I've been there a couple of times and they have always been nice. Any questions I have they answered nicely.

This is a great place great people and friendly and the place is always good on the wait time as in a line and how they get the customers in and out of there.

I do not know what it is with the postal employees of this region. I either get the delivery drivers that do not want to deliver or I’ll get a clerk at a window that gets stuck on one digit and can’t fix things. The postal employees at this location Need to cycle someplace else unless it’s just an Ohio thing I have never encountered such rude, unprofessional, and essentially useless postal clerks.

Good with mail deliveries, but there are problems with this postal service as well. Packages shipped to us commonly go missing or are sent to the wrong address (usually next door) even with the proper address information.

Just waiting in line............

Prices were inaccurate. I was shown a paper with a slot in it and they said if it fit in the slot it's only $1.75. So I bring an item in that fits into the slot and yet he said it really didn't fit that well cause it touched the sides of the slot when it went through so he charged me 3.75 instead.

Twice I have mailed priority boxes and both times it took more than a week!
