Pizza Hut

I hadn't sat down at a Pizza hut in years, we usually get it to go. But the waitress was very friendly and the experience was great over all.

The new manager is doing an amazing job of bringing Pizza Hut back up to standard. She is friendly, engaging, and very helpful. She makes sure the food is presented well as well as tasting amazing. If you stopped going to the Hesston Pizza Hut because of substandard food and service, go check it out again. It's worth the visit.

Food was great. Server was good but unprepared for track meet in town. Not great management, wasn't her fault but she got the ride customers for it.

Once again I say they aim to please. Going above and beyond to make sure that your order is correct and well prepared as well as very friendly. Way to go Pizza Hut of hesston I don't think I've ever dealt with a Pizza Hut more customer-friendly then you all! Thank you every time I order from here is 💯!!!!!!

The manager and employees always do a great job with our orders. They treat our kids so well too!

I love this particular Pizza for the atmosphere, staff and food. It still has the interior design of the Pizza huts that were remodeled in the late 90s or early 2000s I can't remember the exact time frame but it has the clock that's been super fast for those who know they will know.

This particular one has only had one staff member that I consistently see during the lunch hour but they are incredibly nice and the food is always prepared quickly and well done.

The building is also very clean and the only complaint I have is that there's no buffet but that seems to be a running theme with a lot of restaurants anymore that used to do it. However I'm not going to hold that against them and I'll definitely be returning

I called in an order - they were very busy in the store and the sweet girl working the order was placing her first delivery order. She and her manager were very diligent in helping process my order over the phone until we nailed it! I’m grateful for their hard work and great customer service.

They're under staffed, but that's not their fault. The persons working there are trying hard. With this new economy, most people are taking advantage of the trillions of dollars in bailouts and permanent unemployment and stay home than work. So all restaurants specifically and most businesses generally are way under staffed. This one so much so that they can't offer delivery anymore. But it's unfair that some of these reviews rate them low when people simply won't work.

The reviews about a lack of toppings seem fairly accurate but I think that's more a Pizza Hut corporate issue not this one location.

The high prices are reflective of the incredible inflation the current administration running the economy inflected on us and not the owner's fault. Crazy how inflation works... you "stimulate" the economy with trillions of dollars of money that wasn't there before and prices go up. I'm pretty sure we all learn this in Pre-K. In fact, I have to imagine that most mammals age two or older could probably intuit this, no formal education required.

We noticed you had a gluten-free option with the ability to exclude cheese. A member of our family is gluten-free, dairy-free. It has been difficult to find pizza for that situation. With regular pizza, I think the last couple of orders have been better than previously. We are impressed.

As soon as I walked in today I could tell things have changed a lot for the better since the last time I ordered many months ago. Much more friendly and clean. Thank you Tabitha and co. I'll definitely go back

Food was great, complete when it was supposed to be, and accurate!

I layer over in Hesston one evening, and decided to eat at Pizza Hut. When I entered, I noticed the that the restaurant was clean. I really did not know what to order, so I asked the delightful young lady who served me what was good. She responded that the ravioli was good, so I chose that, and a salad. My server was very attentive, but was not hovering over me. The food was very good, and the service was better. I will stop in there next time I'm that way. Keep up the oodles work

I have almost always had a good experience here. I did order 10 large pizzas over the holidays and had to wait longer than expected because they forgot 2 pizzas. They offered a couple of 2 liter bottles of pop for the extra time waiting...

Pizza was delivered within the time I was told to expect it. It was hot, fresh, and made to order just the way I wanted it!

We had two large orders for carryout for a pre wedding party. It was all ready on time and tasted great!

The food was good. Hot and ready in a decent amount of time. Our waitress didn't seem to know how to do her job very well.

The manager was extremely polite, helpful and professional. Order was correct and completed on time. Restaurant was clean and in order.

It's awesome here you guys should come here and eat food here in Hesston Kansas

Loved the service. Soft spoken and helpful employees. Pizza was okay. Fries were fresh and crunchy.

We also got wings and there were great too.
Employees were friendly and quick.
