JH Carne en Vara a la llanera Davie Florida

So I stumbled across this place after visiting one of the nearby nurseries and originally thought it was just a food truck spot and was pleasantly surprised! It's a cute outdoor setup with great Venezuelan rotisserie. Will definitely return while the weather is still good!

MY HUSBAND THAT IS HALF VENEZUELAN HAD CRAVINGS FOR CARNE EN VARA AND STUMBLE IN GOOGLE WITH THIS PLACE DECIDED TO GIVE IT A TRY AND WAS GOOD HIS CARNE EN VARA PLATE WAS REALLY GOOD , MY AREPA THAT COMES WITH “SAME CARNE” IT TASTE DIFFERENT TURNS OUT ITS THE SAME CONCEPT BUT FROM A DIFFERENT CUT! THATS WAS THE DOWNSIDE IT TASTE OK BUT NOT WOW LIKE HIS BUT OVERALL WE LOVED IT ! ALSO WE WHEEE TOLD ON WEEKENDS FRIDAY TO SUNDAY THEY HAVE LIVE MUSIC AND TOU CAN BRING YOUR OWN DRINK(ALCOHOLIC) ENJOY THE MUSIC AND FOOD WILL COME BACK ON A WEEKEND!! KEEP THE GOOD WORK!!! SINCE I CANT ADD ANOTHER REVIEW HAVE TO MODIFY THIS ONE WE CAME ON SUNDAY 3/24/24 to listen to live music and get a Sunday with fam, all tables where taken 5 min wait to get a table however I saw that there’s no organization took a while to get the order 15 mins to get the drinks, the food came half way because they run out of meat ! So 2 of us already eating and they finish and the other 2 plates where not even close to come out! While waiting saw 3 turn tables family of 4 another of 3 and 3 ppl as well they sat down and no one ever came to take the order or even acknowledge them!! The lady that sales the deserts was the o e that had to help to get last 2 plates and drinks ! They have 3 young servers that look that are lost scared don’t know but definitely need to get organized in the weekends where big tables come to enjoy and they ended up leaving because they never get acknowledged!!! Food it’s good but get it together !!!

Great service and food taste incredible juicy meet keep going same quality... only recomendation morcilla was little salti but in general 5 stars

Excellent food and very cute little outdoor digs. My Spanish is pretty weak but with a combined effort I had the most delicious arepa stuffed with cheese chicken and cabbage. I don’t know what’s in the green sauce, but that was delicious too. :)

I don’t speak Spanish, but they were so helpful and very accommodating. Food was perfect. Rich, flavorful, clean. For kids they had hammocks, foosball, and a swinging chair!

The food is absolutly Amazing!!!The meet is tender, moist and delicious. This is a most try place. Will most definitely return.

Excelente Servicio, la calidad y la cantidad de las porciones son excelentes, Se ve hasta mejor que la fotos, En verdad no escatiman con las porciones y el sabor es Excelente, vinimos con la familia el sábado a las 2pm y tenían música en vivo, lo mejor es que te complacen con tus canciones preferidas, volveremos la próxima semana

Estamos muy satisfechos con el ambiente, atención y buen servicio. Disfrutamos al máximo debido a que se respira un ambiente q nos transporta a nuestras raíces. Se percibe que tu gente y tu familia son los q atienden con mucho afecto. La música en vivo está bien representada en el talento de José. Volveremos de seguro!!!!

Excelente servicio la comida espectacular , buen ambiente familiar.
Desde la cachapa llanera, la picada mixta y las repitas fritas con queso y crema. Que te transportan a el rincón más bello de nuestra tierra.

Mi esposo y yo decidimos dar una vuelta y ver que era lo que mostraba la Bandera de venezuela en flamingo hacia el sur y fue toda una sorpresa!
No solo son gente amable, respetuosa y cercana, sino además la comida y el trato valen todo!
Mi esposo (gringo total) y nuestra hija quedaron impactados y agradecidos.
Pedimos unos tequños (espectaculares... y con nata!) Y un pepito (perfecto) además de unos papelones con limón y una pavlova. Todo exquisito!

Recomiendo este lugar en sus tres puntos principales: comida, servicio y ambiente . Superó mis expectativas de lo delicioso que está todo...y su música en vivo Viernes y Domingo es lo máximo. Gracias!!!!

Super buen lugar desde su inauguración fue un éxito regalaron mucha comida ese día y ahora las porciones son demasiado buenas cumplen todos los requisitos y la carne es buena buena. Los felicito. Volveré siempre que pueda

Debo decir que en ningun lugar habia comido tan delicioso, no hubo nada negativo ni en la comida ni en la atencion, lo unico malo es que es al aire libre y hay mucha plaga, pero eso no opacaria el sabor y deleite en cada una de las carnes y acompañantes, pedimos media vara, son precios un poco altos pero estuvimos muy conformes, los vale.

Toda la comida estaba excelente 1000 % recomendados, prueben la arepa llanera estaba crujiente, la carne deliciosa y la salsa verde exquisita y la ubicación super cómoda y accesible no dejen de visitarlos, la mejor carne en vara del mundo mundial, exitos.

Since day 1 that I tried to reach them via phone Andreina was very nice and attentive. I ordered the combo and was very pleased with the quality and the taste. We devoured it. Nothing left. The service was great! Las arepitas, la carne, el chorizo, la guasacaca todo delicioso. Y lo mejor de todo es el servicio tan lindo que me dieron. Quede encantada!
