We have always been happy with the technicians from Triangle. Skylar came to our house to do scheduled maintenance on our system before the summer. He was very professional, knowledgeable and polite.

He showed me pictures of his readings at each step and kept me very well informed of how our system is holding up. He did identify some areas of concern and helped me to prioritize them in terms of what needed immediate attention and what may be able to wait.

He performed the necessary repairs in a timely manner and was clearly focused on customer service. We are glad to have a local business with trustworthy employees to turn to.

We recently embarked on an adventure with them to solve our hot water woes, and it was nothing short of remarkable. We were very pleased with our first maintenance appointment for our AC unit. Gabe was very thorough and provided a detailed description on how the unit was functioning. We appreciated his professionalism and how knowledgeable he was about our cooling system.

Skylar was our technician and did a wonderful job correcting a problem we were having with our indoor thermostat for our a/c unit. He explained everything in detail and was very thorough. We needed a new AC unit which is never an easy conversation. We reached out to triangle to see exactly what the damage is. We knew all of our equipment was 25-30 years old and it was likely not a quick fix.

We first worked with Seth and Gabe. Both were amazing to work with as far as understanding what our situation was and what we would need to be up and running again. We got plenty of options both in equipment and financing to ensure we could be up and running again quickly.

Seth knew we had guests staying at our home before replacement units could be installed so they had portable units delivered literally 5 minutes after they left — free of charge.

The installation was a bit noisy for someone who works from home but that’s expected when an upgrade of this magnitude is happening. Justin and Shane were polite, professional, and stuck it through until everything was 100% confirmed to be working and I had the mobile app running successfully.

I’ll always recommend triangle when it comes to this stuff.

Devin and Joe arrived promptly as scheduled. Their job was to rebalance the pad for the compressor of our mini split. Unfortunately for them, it was raining steadily the entire time they were working! Upon completion, even though they had to be soaked, they insisted on putting on their booties before entering my home. They were good natured, very professional and made sure to address any questions or concerns I might have had. I have always had positive experiences with Triangle's technicians, and today was no exception!

Everyone at Triangle listened to what our needs were as well as concerns. Seth and Heath came up with a plan to replace old duct work that was in need, and also to install a heat pump and a new oil furnace. Dustin and his team arrived on time each day. They did a very nice job and the difference was felt immediately! We also added a whole-house surge protector. The guys were very knowledgeable and professional.

Needed a big plumbing job done, and I'm glad I contacted triangle heating. The price was competitive, especially if you bundle your work into a single package. They are really good at keeping in contact with you. The technicians I worked with were cordial, educated, and understandable. Thanks to Trevor for setting this up, and an extra big thanks to Christian for the labor and setting us up. Thanks also to the other individuals who helped to haul my water heater away. Definitely coming back.

Eric Ott came out to replace our sump pump after it had failed. He did an excellent job and went above and beyond to reconfigure the setup we had so we could finally put the cover back on our pit. Service was fast and friendly. Would highly recommend.

What a great experience with my new favorite heating company. Took the time to show me the issue. Fixed the issue even cleaned up the mess. He is a great human, need more like him !!!!

I highly recommend Triangle.
We were having issues with our tankless hot water heater. We called Triangle on a Sunday and had a service person come out on Monday.
Our service person, Trevor, gave us EXCELLENT service. He explained everything he was doing to diagnose and fix our issue. He also checked all of the plumbing in the house and made some recommendations for us. He lastly tested our water for us and the results were unusual (we have a water softener and the test results were that our water was “very hard”.). Trevor tested the water again and got the same results.
We talked about different options for softening the water and hopefully we will get better results the next time we test our water.
Thanks to Trevor and Triangle, we now have hot water and important information about our plumbing and water.

Eric “Otter” and Godfrey did excellent plumbing for us! It was a pretty big job and they did it in half the time that we expected. They were fast, thorough and professional. Both gentlemen that came to clean our duct work were very polite and professional. They were careful not to create a mess and pick up after themselves.

Eric and Godfrey handled our warranty work perfectly. They completed the work, walked me through all the changes and everything added, and mopped the floors when they were finished. I couldn't hope for better.

We recently had our water softener replaced. Mark and Connor were timely, tidy, and communicative. They really took time to explain the process. Overall, a very positive experience with Triangle! Best of all, no more hard water!

He was courteous, punctual, thoroughly explained what all he would be doing when he was here, and followed up when he was done to share tips on how to help our HVAC run better.
