Pizza Hut

Staying at a local hotel, it was 10 p.m. so I figured nowhere was open. I called this pizza hut and they were willing to deliver. I ordered the special which was a large 3 topping. I wanted pepperoni as all my toppings. They were here within 25 minutes and the pizza was delicious. Possibly the best I have had from a pizza hut.

The food was perfect. The drive-through was backed out to the road but the associate quickly got everyone through and was very polite. I expected to be sitting there for a while, but that was not the case.

Today we eat at the Richlands Pizza Hut and it was great! They have an awesome buffet! Only recommendation I would have is offer buffet on Sunday too! Thank you for great service! Our server was Edna and great food! Keep up the great work!

Ok some of you may have seen my review on the melt. Today I made another order and told them about my melt and they included a free one in my order and made it so much better! The melt still isn't for me but if you don't want your melt crunchy they will do it halfway so it's softer. In this order I ordered a NY style pepperoni double decker or whatever it's called and it was absolutely hands down the best pizza I have ever ate in my entire life and it's the size of a large if not a little bigger. It has 6 pieces which are extra large pieces of pizza. It's so delicious and the customer service was 100% great. Thank you to the lady that took my order and made up for the melt yesterday. She said if you have any problems with your food from there to please call and they will do their best to fix the issue. So happy! I've never ate such a delicious pizza in my life! It's spectacular! Would definitely order again! Also can't remember if I Said this already but it's only 16 something for the pizza. On Doordarshan it' said 20 something so I just ordered it straight from pizza hut and I'm so glad I did! 😊 Hope your food is as delicious as mine! God Bless everyone of you! It's pizza hut, the same food as usual but the folks who work here were very nice and went out of their way to make sure we had dinner.

The pizza is amazing!!! I ordered chicken wings last night for the first time ever and...OMGosh they are DELICIOUS!!!! The people are super friendly.
Only complaint I have is about the P'zone. What happened to them?? I ordered one with every order, the a couple weeks ago they were gone. I was so sad. I love them.

We were able to let the employees know that we were running late for pick up. The food was hot and ready when we arrived. The order was correct and so delicious.

They've changed their menu, their new pastas ant replace the ones they already had, bellacinos is better and Penn Station is phenomenal!!!!- way worth the change fr pizza hut

I got delivery here but it was very fast and the driver was friendly. My food wasn't turned upside down or anything.

Loved their Lunch menu..That is what we ordered from..Pizza/salad buffet now Back . It is $10.99 w/out drink..Service was Excellent.. They run specials on pizza & they still have their pizza box meals..

Best pizza ever and the service was even better. Our waitress Dawn was on point with a cheerful demeanor and fast service. Our was out in a timely manner, our drinks stayed full and our order was correct. She was very pleasant and super hospitable. A+++

Our pizza was smashed against the top of the box, they brought the wrong 2 liter drink and when I called the man I spoke with said he doubted I made an order because he hadn’t cooked a pizza in over an hour and hung up on me. I called back and after several attempts I reached a lady who sent out another 2 liter drink still not what I ordered but was better than the first selected flavor. I nightmare experience

The pizza hut App crashes constantly after being reinstalled multiple times. Causes us to order things in greater quantities than desired. But the service and food is always awesome at the Richlands pizza hut, these guys should be training other stores how its done.

Everything I ordered was hot and fresh but the bread sticks and the cinnamon bread weren't cut

The food was hot, fresh and very tasty. Staff very nice. The salad ingredients were cold and crisp. Excellent deal of 4.99 all you can eat lunch buffet. 5 stars!

Ordered there twice since we’ve moved here! Food was hot and delicious both times! Always ready when I pick up no wait!

I ordered the mild buffalo wings and they were delicious

We waited till the last day to try the edge pizzas we loved the really thin crust. Hope you will bring it back as a regular item
