Hit up my girl Shakira to make your burgers! She cooks it exactly how you want it and it is absolute perfection. The food here is beyond amazing and a great selection. I love how they use fresh in house made ingredients and premium meats. And it won't cost you an arm and a leg. The salads are also to die for!

Came in for lunch, first time, and the food is AMAZING. We had a burger and salad, everything in both was made to perfection. Definitely need to swing by if you are in the area. So damn good!

Surprisingly good for a gas station chain burger nice place too for one wouldn't expect it and food is worth it. Cheese curds and BBQ cheese curds burgers are amazing

Great experience - took my son during spring break. We had a little terrible ordering at the kiosk, but a staff member took our order and they started prepping the food right away. It does take a little longer than "fast food," but the quality is immensely better.
When our meal was ready, it was delivered to the table. The food was piping hot and very tasty. Loved the blue cheese burger, and I'll probably have the Korean glazed bbq next time. Onion ring basket was plenty to share. Prices are fantastic, comparable to standard fast food.
During quiet moments in service, the staff was working on fixing the kiosk and called in support several times (they were trying to improve the experience ASAP!).
Definitely returning to check out the lunch special in the future.

Great burgers and awesome sweet potato fries. The pop machine is the one with all the options for flavors and self serve.

I also think the prices are good. For two burgers, cheese curds, large fry and two fountain drinks plus tax it was $31.

Finally, the ladies behind the counter are welcoming and very good cooks. You can watch the food being made. The level of cleanliness is amazing.

I would highly recommend trying it!

Urban Counter is usually in BP gas stations but this one is separate from the gas station in a little strip mall next to it. It's a really cool setup, and BP also has a liquor store in the same mall. The food selection is excellent, with things made to order (very wide selection from hot dogs and hamburgers, to healthy salads). Great, friendly, and fast staff.

Pretty good food and great service at a very very fair price. We had kids with us who both happily ate their food without complaints. There is a bar on the other end of the building where you can get a draft beer and bring it back to the table.

This place is very affordable! Urban Counter has a big menu and they have huge selections of food. They have burgers, fries, meats, salads, beverages, desserts, and others. Their menu is phenomenal! All of their food is excellent! Made to perfection and literally will serve the food to you while it’s hot and fresh. They are really great at making and producing amazing snacks and sandwiches. You can really satisfy your cravings here because you can find anything delicious on their menu. Their prices are fair and reasonable. You can literally order all the food you want without reaching your pocket’s limit. They definitely have cheaper offers. I ordered their clubhouse sandwich, fries, salad, and a drink. I am really amazed by how they prepared it and all of it is really well-cooked. My cravings are satisfied. The sandwich is fresh, tasty, and has a big potion. The fries are flavorful and crunchy. The salad is unique and incredibly made. Also, their drink is very refreshing and perfect for any kind of their meal. Urban Counter is really great at making sandwiches! No wonder why a lot of people keep visiting and supporting them. They are really a gem and an amazing place! Their interior is very nice, they have lots of light, tables and chairs are perfectly aligned, and the vibe is retro. You can also tell that the interior was professionally done. Really impressive! This place is definitely worth a try! The staff and owner were friendly, attentive, and professional. They treat the customers so well and also they are always ready to give a hand to them. Very accommodating! I will surely be returning with my family and friends soon! Would love it if this place keeps up its good work so we can continue to dine and eat. See you, guys!

The burgers were delicious. The staff was helpful and the service was very good. Their loaded fries kept their integrity even though they had chili, bacon, cheese and jalapeños on them. They didn't turn to mush like a lot of places. We'll be back.

The burgers from Urban Counter are amazing but their breakfast burrito is money. Honestly you couldn’t make a breakfast burrito cheaper at home. It is so good and has a ton of things in it.

Stopped in today with a family of 5. We feel in love with this place!

We ordered the bacon burgers and they were delicious, of high quality components and visually impressive.

My kids got the dogs and my youngest (the picky eater) was besides himself.

On top of the quality, the decor was sharp and modern. I'm a designer and could tell the interior was professionally done. It felt good to eat in the space.

Also, the owner or a gentleman I presumed was the owner was very kind and accommodating.

So for me this place hits on all cylinders, tasty food, affordable, cool decor, and excellent service from the owner.

I will be returning with the family. Would love for this place to survive so we can continue to eat there!

Love this place!! Have been coming here for a while now and the staff is always friendly, the food is always good, burgers and loaded tots are delicious and the price is affordable, and you can get beer next door at their brewery or the liquor store.

Pricing us great. Food was fresh and made right there on the grill. We will be back!

Best grilled chicken sandwich i've had!! Everything was fresh to order. Staff were friendly and helpful. Clean establishment. Prices are good for quality food. My only complaint is that we live to far away to enjoy this restaurant regularly. Thanks guys!

This place is great. Stopped in for breakfast today. The burrito is AWESOME. You actually taste all the ingredients inside. The caramelized onions make it worth the trip. Theresa greeted me with a smile and a hearty "good morning". I will be back for sure!!!

Blue cheese burgers are the best. They also have great barbecue sauce, which I like with my fries. The fries are not my favorite, primarily because they tend to be a little more on the soft side (not soggy, perhaps limp is a better word).

They have great beers on tap, but you can also walk inside to the liquor store next door and order additional great craft pints on tap. When I'm in the mood for a soda with a burger, they have a Coca-Cola Freestyle machine to serve up an ice cold vanilla root beer. I have not tried their milkshakes, but those are supposed to be good as well.

Other than the craft beers, my favorite thing about this place is their use of flavorful sauces and relishes - homemade barbecue, homemade hot sauce, Korean glaze, bacon jam, pickled red onion, carmelized onions, and roasted jalapenos. Yum! The biggest challenge is deciding which flavors I'm in the mood for.
