This store is my daughter’s absolute favorite! She keeps getting gift cards so it’s like a mini shopping spree for her. She has so many body sprays and lotions now, I feel like she can open her own store soon. Personally, I think the store is a little overwhelming with all the scents and options, but my favorite at this store are the lip products. The minty ones are my favorite and they make my lips feel so nice, even when I’m not wearing it. The employees are nice and super helpful. They always help my daughter narrow it down to the ones that she gets, or else we would walk out with every single scent.

I've been in a couple of times pre - and post Christmas shopping. This store has one of the best sales staffs I've ever experienced in a retail setting. They are courteous, incredibly helpful, pleasant, and willing to do that little bit extra. It's truly a pleasure to shop in this store.

Friendly workers. Made me feel very welcomed & asked if I needed help. At the moment I didn't but when I did she was right there to help. Found some great new scents (lakeside citrus, frosted cranberry, whipped almond vanilla, strawberry, sugared cherry crisp & saltwater breeze).

We didn't plan on stopping in, but I'm glad we did because we caught a great sale! I love the new Gingham Fresh fragrance & Citrus & Cedar, too. You have to try the Dark Amber & Oud candle! You'll be glad you did!

It's a bit small for a Bath & Body Works, but it's an outlet location so it's understandable. I like that the staff here wasn't super in-your-face about helping you and they actually let you shop; I usually find the opposite to be true at other stores. One lady welcomed us in and asked if we needed help and that was it, as it should be. We bought two hand lotions that were 50% off and the woman who rung us out was very friendly; not overbearing about making us sign up for anything which I also usually find to be the opposite at other stores. This store is worth your time if you're in the outlets.

Love this shop! Immediately walking in your senses go into overdrive. The scents are tranquil and the ambiance is relaxing. So many different items for every gender to enjoy. Prices and deals are great!

There's so many different products and scents, so you will definitely find something that you like! The prices are very affordable and there are many sales as well

They had a great sale going on. 75% off items & buy 3 get 2 free or buy 2 get 1 free for body wash, body creams, sprays & lotions. We stocked up! Great new scents & plenty to choose from. They did offer bags to put your items in while shopping. Down side there was a line to get in the store, people weren't social distancing & were even rude (reaching over top of you & not saying excuse me). They also didn't have the little strips of paper to spray the scents on come to think of it. The store felt a bit crowded as well.

I absolutely loved the new scents and the bubble baths so much I have to buy more before sale ends

The ladies are awesome. Helpful and friendly. But the store is one of the smallest I have visited. Really short on variety of products like 3 wick candles, hand soap and some of men's collection. Still make my purchase tho.

I had an AMAZING experience today. I cant remember all of the names of everyone who helped me, but I came during my work break and ran out of time. When I came back several hours later, they all remembered me and what I was looking for from earlier and happily welcomed me back. I have a hard time shopping here because I’m so indecisive, but Lydia gave me genuine personal testimonies which were very helpful in my decision. Everyone was very knowledgeable on all of the products and it made picking products a lot easier. You could tell they were way more motivated by the happiness of the customer than they were by the money. I just wanted to thank everyone for making my day by being so kind!

The employees were so friendly and cheerful! Even though the line to get inside was a mile long, the person at the door greeted us with a huge smile on her face and the most politely said Welcome to Bath and Body Works! Have a great GREAT day!!

Just coming into the store already smells fantastic! The products have several options for all tastes and smells. The prices are pretty average, not inexpensive but not expensive either. They have gift packages and small travel sizes. Also having discounts for your next purchase. Nice quick gift place.

Every time I go in this place with my free gift coupon, intending just to get my free item, I walk out having spent half my paycheck! I love this place and they keep getting better! Great staff at the Philadelphia Outlets too!

Received excellent customer service last time I visited. I will always love their body washes, lotions and body sprays. I also like to shop for Holiday themed items and Christmas gifts at this store.

I always make sure to go to bath and body works when I’m anywhere near one because I love their products. I will be absolutely certain to return to this bath and body works due to Laura, Katie, and shaketta (sorry if I spelled it wrong). We went to this store yesterday 7/14/18 and I couldn’t have been happier. These women were just an absolute joy to talk to. They made checking out a fun experience and made sure I had everything I could want without making me feel pressured. I love love love this store and will absolutely be returning. Also loving the new aromatherapy for sleep have a candle, pillow spray, and wall oil!

Always a pleasure to walk around the store waiting for my significant other to figure out what they want.
