SEPHORA at Kohl's

I just have to give a shout-out to Cheryl! I wasn't having the best day, but talking with her really turned it around for me. Not only was she so nice to talk to, but she was very helpful and down to earth. I will definitely be back to this location because of her!

Me and my friend went in last week and Sheryl was such a great help! She helped with all of our questions and was happy to give us recommendations. Was very pleased with my experience and will be visiting again just for her lol

sheryl was extremely kind and helpful, even though it was busy, she was still able to help train her co worker, take care of the line and, answer any questions me and my friends had. thank you so much for such a great experience even during this stressful holiday time!

Staff was very helpful!!

Not only does no one here know a thing about the items sold inside, but the inventory is laughable. Three items that said they were in stock were not and something that said out of stock had four clearly in stock. The shelves were kind of bare and the staff was obviously just Kohl’s staff and not someone actually knowledgeable. Frustrating, definitely won’t be going back.

Rude staff member ruined the shopping experience for my friend and I. She had blonde hair and was an older lady. Extremely rude when I asked about a brow product then continued to say they do not carry brow gel. Yes, brow gel. I then asked if they carry a specific brand and she complained that she gets trained to know all this stuff and that her store does not carry half the products. Not to mentioned she complained about customers right in front of me with a lady she seemed to know. Also, I saw her ruin the shopping experience for another pair of friends, reprimanding a young lady about her touching products but she was not. The worker then continued on with a lecture about testers etc. Very disappointing experience.

went there with my friend and her son who is in a stroller and she accused me and my friend of stealing mind you I was talking to the older lady the whole time trying to get a perfume she told me I'm very sweet gave me a free gift then harassed me and my friend won't ever come here she was an older lady with glasses and blonde/ white hair very rude and will probably loose a lot of costumers if you keep people like that there

Rude employees who choose not to acknowledge your presence. I was literally in the store for 20-25 mins and not a single “hello or how can I help you”. This was comical given the fact that both girls looked directly at me at least 5 times. Please hire a higher caliber of employee who actually knows what customer service is.
