Dunkin'

One of if not the most well kept Dunkin donuts I've ever been to. The staff was great and my coffee quickly.

Omg they are the best Dunkin in Northeast GA. Bonnie & Jackson always represent Dunkin culture- Excellence & Experience.

I don't understand how you can work at a place that sells coffee and donuts and be so unhappy. It's always 100% awkward here, even my kids comment on it. A few times we have had a friendly person in the drive thru but for the majority of our many times here the employees are just unhappy.

I love Dunkin coffee, and the staff are nice. But I don’t know if they are easily distracted or what is going on, but I get the same coffee everyday and it always taste and looks different on every other order! I’ve made them redo it many times and it’s just getting annoying at this point. Please do better.

Just left the drive thru. I got sooo much attitude from the order taker. (Say you hate your job without saying you hate your job). I managed a Dunkin for 8 years so I always make sure I am extra nice to service workers everywhere. I always tip but definitely didn't this time. Should've went to Starbucks.

This place continually messes up and I’ve been patient because it’s usually young kids working but today was just unacceptable. Why would you send us off with a burnt bagel? We’ve ordered donuts that have never been put in the bag and they’ve slathered the wrong cream cheese on other orders when we asked for cream cheese on the side. Like I said, we’ve been patient but sending us home with a burnt bagel today was my tipping point. I’m done with this location.

I typically go to the Clarkesville location but have went to Cornelia location many times because I'm already in the area. Never again. I always place a mobile order and pick-up in the drive-thru. I've finally had enough of the employees' attitude. EVERY TIME! The minute they speak, you can tell the person is annoyed by you just being there. To those employees, I apologize for making you break a sweat to make one coffee and bag one donut. And how dare I expect a response from you when I kindly say hello and thank you to you. The employees at this location are so unprofessional and downright rude. As always, I said hello to the young lady and thanked her when she handed me my order. Only for her to turn her back and say NOTHING! Not one word. So, I again said thank you a little louder this time. NOTHING! So, even louder I said "You're welcome" and drove off. My advice to these workers is go find yourselves jobs where you work in the back away from the public. It's not my fault you're not rich and have to work (just like the rest of us). You may want to keep in mind that without customers you don't have a job! And my guess is that if management were any better, this wouldn't keep happening to people. Just in case management wants to be better and actually do their job by holding their employee(s) accountable this visit was on January 10, 2024 at 6:40pm.

Went here with my family today to get an assortment of doughnuts. When we walked in there were 3 workers NONE of them greeted us but they all looked. Every employee was slamming things down and being terribly rude! Management needs to get ahold of its employees. AND our order was WRONG. Maybe if they acknowledge their customers things might be a little better at this establishment.

Went in 20 minutes before they closed. They had put away all the donuts for the night. Decided to just get a latte but they said they couldn’t make one of those either.

0 out of 10. Service sucks. Drink was nasty, super bitter. I literally gagged.

Wanted a coffee and hot chocolate repeated it over and over again and then got the coffee cold they never asked us cold or hot.but just give us are money back close to home for us but never again.

Great location! Scenic viewing. Mountain air. There's no Dunkin here, but it's a nice location.
