UPS Authorized Shipping Outlet

I have been in communication and waiting for a package to be delivered all day. Earlier I received a notification that my package was not delivered due to no one being at my location. However, there has been someone here all day specifically to receive the delivery. The driver never attempted to deliver the package. After finally making contact with a representative, I was told that they would advise the driver to call and schedule a delivery within an hour. That never happened and now we are on hold throughout the holidays because this package never arrived nor was I contacted.
