Got into a precarious situation when our newly aquired jetski died after its maiden voyage this spring. The jetski wouldn't start, my cousin floated a good 1/2 mile from the launch, with no other options but to hang on until I could find someone who would assist us in our situation, I contacted our local Powersports dealer who specializes in anything & all motorsports, and Dave S and Tyler with Platinum Powersports, immediately came out with a jetski and saved the day. The jetski was fixed within days, consistent
communication & the knowledge parted on us from Dave and Platinum Powersports will help us immensely in the long run while having hobbies that require this type of information. We don't go to just anyone, we go to the people who know their stuff and specialize in getting us back in or on the equipment or toy we brought in and hands down Everyone at Platinum Powersports has that same mindset.

Big shout out to Dave and his team at Platinum Powersports in Crosslake! Rented a great sled and some gear and had a memorable 2 day ride on some of the best trails in MN. These guys had everything ready to go when we got there and had some tips on where to ride, trail conditions and places to stop along the way. Very knowledgeable staff that actual ride themselves so if you are thinking of renting or needing service try these guys first.

Platinum Powersports is by far the best dealer and service center that I have ever been to. They have a great crew that will get your machine running quickly, and will take the time to explain to you what is going on with it and your options for fixing it.
They have a very good selection of riding gear, oil, and parts in stock.
Their rental fleet of snowmobiles are some of the most comfortable trail sleds as well.

Dave and his team provided me with white glove customer service. After talkn with them you can tell they have many years of experience in the powersports industry (they know their stuff). Very approachable/social, fair pricing, great rental equipment and new gear! Overall a high integrity group focused on giving the customer a good experience! Wish every deal operated like this.

Dave at Platinum Powersports was great to work with. We rented 4 sleds and some gear for the day. They ran great and we had an amazing day. We will continue to use them to service our sleds and rent in the future.

I don't leave reviews. Ever. But I'd be doing a disservice to the power sports community if I didn't share about the quality and care Dave and the crew put into each and every customer.

From a fast service department to an honest sales team, every aspect of your experience will be unlike any other sales interaction you have ever had. I had a sea-doo spark that no one else could fix until the fall and they got me back on the water that week. Then I had a four-wheeler's winch go out and they answered the phone right away. When I bought a sled from them they talked me out of expensive options that they would've made money on, but knew it wasn't what I needed. They look out for your needs and treat you like family.

Feel free to go wherever you'd like, but you are missing out on a great experience if you go anywhere else.

I had a continuing issue with my snowmobile, I brought it in to Platinum Powersports and they went above and beyond what any other shop I've tried. Not only did they help me fix it, they answered all my questions and sold me affordable prices. Thanks Dave, Sean, Chase, and Tyler!
