There was some confusion with my package not getting delivered to my apartment complexes mailbox. I went into the building and the clerk and her manager were SO KIND and helpful. He showed me on his iPad that it did in fact get delivered (my assumption is they put it in the wrong box) and he said he’d talk to the carrier and see what happened. Just a few hours later I got a voicemail saying it got hand delivered to my door. The post office gets a bad rep so I wanted to go out of my way to say how kind, helpful, and friendly they were!!

I’ve never been so impressed with a usps employee as I was today. Usually I feel like I am entering a prison every time I go into a usps store, but not today! Jennifer in Royersford was super friendly, efficient and extremely nice to my 5 yr old daughter. Usps needs more employees like her! Thank you Jennifer. I left the store smiling which has never happened before.

A very patient and helpful clerk helped me submit my change of address properly; very glad my local post office is a pleasant one!

Good service. They are patient to explain things. Place is well maintained and open till 5, only one in the area.

This is a great post office! The staff at the counter are very helpful in all of the things we’ve needed to ship and receive through this office. Very courteous back room staff has even helped after hours when we had a problem. Very pleased with our home letter carriers in Royersford as well.

I've been coming to this post office for 4 years and haven't had a complaint. All of the clerks are always pleasant and helpful. It also never hurts to be a patient and kind customer. :)

Royersford location was on the ball I didn’t receive my packages and the postmaster actually came to my residence and found the package personally thank you usps Royersford and postmaster for ur service

The Postmaster is proactive and has helped me a number of times. (Dealing with mail fraud, he was great.) The staff are quite friendly. One even knows my name.

I go to the post office almost every day and the theee people at the counter in the Royersford PA post office are pleasant and quick! The gentleman is extra fast. Everyone is friendly.

The Customer service is excellent!! Always helpful!! I never have any problems there. Highly recommend Royersford Post Office!!

Had a wonderful experience every time I went there. There is a long line on Saturday’s, I still have found them serving with politeness and patience.

Update 3/12/21 - The issues have been resolved. I no longer have incorrect status issues with any of my packages. Still a little slow but that's just what happens when you try and hamstring a national institution for the benefit of your private corporate competitors.

Update 3/27/19 - I submitted a complaint through USPS online portal and a member of the Royersford post office reached out to me and explained the issue with my package delivery. They stated that they are working to fix this for my address. Once I have confirmed that this is no longer an issue I will update this review again.

USPS for this zip code are liers. They make things up all the time regarding delivery status of packages. Horrible customer service.
