I love our little post office. There is rarely a line, the folks who work there are friendly and my packages always arrive on time and safely.
It’s kind of magical,
really, that i pack up a box and the usps can get it anywhere in the globe for such a reasonable price.

Lines are often long, but staff is friendly.

For the past decade I've gone out of my way to mail things from this post office because of the friendly and helpful employees. Recently the employees at the desk have been extremely rude and act totally inconvenienced and annoyed that you're there to mail something. Will definitely not be going to this location anymore.

Mail delivery person doesn't look to see if there is outgoing mail. This has happened time after time. This time it was bills that had to go out. I have several signs saying out going mail. It is plain as day. What do they hire people that are blind.

Would not let me pick up my package that was there and told me to wait until it gets delivered tomorrow Bc she didn’t want to look in the back for it. I told her that I would not be home tomorrow and see if she could work with me. She seem not interested in my issue nor my package.

I have also had problems with the postmaster refusing to acknowledge issues and mistakes by the clerks. Dealing with this place makes me understand why there is a movement to privatize the post office. All major commercial stores have quality control and auditing procedures in place to ensure that the employees do a good job. That is NOT the case at Spring City USPS.

We have a set of maiboxes at the end of the road like post office boxes so there is no need for door to door delivery.
It is apparently too difficult to look at the address and put the letters in the correct box. Thanks to this we have had late payments and one bill turned over to collections because the invoice never arrived.
There was a brief run with mail actually getting here but again we are back to the same old routine of delivering mail to our neighbors.

Delivered my packages to wrong addresses not even close to mine and does nothing to fix it. This post office has cost me hundreds of dollars. How hard is it to read?

Wish this place would actually open when they say they should. Waited 15 minutes in the lobby with 10 other people and ended up leaving. Ridiculous.

One of the worst I have ever had to deal with... PM never follows up and considers her employees saints, that they never make a mistake or deliver to the wrong place.
