I absolutely love this place and the people that work there even more… it’s nearly a 2 hour drive from my house, but well worth it every time. I cannot recommend them enough. Only wish I lived closer bc I’d be there daily Cherry picking all the good stuff for sure, but mainly just to hang out. Awesome People!

These people are Great.

UPS broke an item in shipping and blamed the shipper even though I thought it was well packed, and the box had a huge dented one side/corner.

I contacted The Auction Barn after UPS denied they broke the item and suggested a partial refund as some of the shipped item was still good.

The Auction Barn gave me an Immediate refund on Item and shipping, with a Venmo money transfer.

Have only had one interaction (won online auction for item and picked up), but the whole process was quick and easy. They even helped load my item in my truck. Easy process and convenient location. Got my item at a great price. Very pleased with my purchase and ease of process. Easy access from interstate and highly visible from main road. Entrance is in the back.

The people I have encountered throughout the past several years, have always been very polite, professional and extremely nice. I have never had an issue with anything I won, from the online auctions, not being in the condition, value or losing the items I have won. They have even shipped items to me because I have been unable to pick them up due to something coming up or my forgetting about pick up. I am an extremely busy mom of 6 and sometimes things slip my mind. They have been a pleasure to work with and I highly recommend this Auction house.

We needed to dispose of an estate coin collection, I to say the least, was very disorganized, I took the collection to Mike (at a late time right before closing) and he took the time to help inventory and make some sense out of the mess that I took him, all said, they did a great job in helping us get the most return and are very knowledgeable about coins in general, would recommend having an inventory with you and discuss it before just taking merchandise to sale, but they did a great job! Would recommend them for your auction needs.

Mike is cool, they have good deals. I wish it was in person auctions again but they are never going back to that. It's easy to see if you look around. As far as the hibid auctions go, you have to look at the picture as well as read the description very well. Mike knows alot about everything but he isnt a genius, so there are a few things he lists that are spelled wrong or mislabeled but a smart person can still tell what they are bidding on. The ladies are sweet as well and talk so politely!!

Came to pay/pickup and ran into some troubles when I realized I had misplaced my bank card. The guy here was so understanding and patient. Even tho it took me almost 20 mins, and we all were running out of patience, they stayed as nice as could be. I deal with many auction houses and I have to say this one is always a pleasure!

I have done business with Mike and Barbara for years and always found them to be honest and forthright. They have always exceeded my expectations in every business transaction. They have more preview and pick up times that any other auction service that I know of. Thanks for everything!

The employees of the Auction Barn are very helpful, professional, knowledgeable and friendly. I had no real experience or understanding of on line bidding/auctions, I visited the Auction Barn to pick up several items and learned a great deal. I am now a true fan and will bid no other auctions, only the Auction Barn. They treat you like family!

I love this place. They have it all. Great food when auctions are at the Auction Barn. Great items are always available and they move swiftly.
Can't wait for this Covid to pass so we can come back to the inside auction and food.

Friendly courteous and honest people to do business with

A very klectic collection of items up for sale every week on Thursdays with an Auctioneer that is more focused on making sure that he gets your bid doesn't Overlook you it's a wonderful place to go to find a great deal on antiques and collectibles

They were able to auction off some things I had. I haven't purchased anything there but have sold something through them. Check with them first to see what you can and cannot sell.

They are a good mechanics .They also weld if u want something done on your semi, car,truck.
