Incredible auction house. Needs better concessions though. It's good but not a lot to offer if your hungry.

I would not use this company for any sort of estate auction. They are more for a flea-market type auction company. I attended An estate auction last week in Louisville that they auctioned.
It was the most unorganized, unprofessional and rudest auctions I have ever attended. The owner (Tim) was out of his league and needs to have his qualifactions evaluated. He lost total
Control of the auction by splitting it all up and rushing through it. His attitude and lack of
Organization cost the home owner thousands of dollars.

This auction does have really nice furniture and is a good place to buy nice furniture however it is not the place to sale your things. I took several items on 2 occasions and was not happy with what my things brought. The first time I took Diecast Nascar collectables a few of which were one out of 400. The auctioneer lacked interest and knowledge about my items and so because of that he didn't push to get the most money. I also took a nice table with 4 wooden chairs and didn't get what I know someone else may get. Also had an issue with pay they make you wait 2 weeks after the sale date to receive payment. It's been longer than that for me and I still haven't received payment from the sale my items sold at. Over all not very pleased.
