Jack in the Box

This may seem like a high rating for fast food, but it was exactly what I wanted and done right. I don't eat fast food or meat very often, but I was craving a burger and didn't want to use up a bunch of my day at a restaurant, though I did want to dine in. I had a sourdough burger (been years since I last had one) and curly fries. Food was perfect. Lady taking my order was patient and friendly when my brain decided to stop working at the choice between regular and curly fries. I liked that there were comfy booths to sit in too, Made for a tasty quick late lunch.

I made it to Jack-in-the-Box one minute before close, my food looks great and the employees were very friendly and did not make me feel bad when I was apologizing for getting there one minutes to close. Well done. Thanks y’all!

Wonderful experience, the best tacos that I've ever had at any location, including any other state. Great job. I had to wait a while, but it was definitely worth it for the love and care that goes into making the food at this location. This is my new stop on my travels through the area. Great job team!

Great selection!! Most of all they offer a military discount which I Love cause most places don't I know it's not a big deal to some but our veterans an military deserve SOMETHING!!

My wife loves the new boba tea they are delicious but a bit expensive what can you ask from a fast food place selling boba though lol

The young lady at the pay window not only took my money, but she went out of her way to go get my little order and bring it to me at that window. They were backed up as usual for Jack In The Box, so she went the extra mile to move the line along. And she did it with a genuine smile. You just don't see that care any more from most young people. 3 cheers to the owner for hiring caring young people like her. Good, fresh food too.

Came in here to have dinner and it was packed! The restaurant was cleaned as well. The line was pretty fast and our food was great! The lady that helped me was really nice and patient upon being stressed (some people get it) our order also came out correctly!

They offer the best breakfast sandwich ever. And they have the kindest staff. I wish they would have never moved away from gun barrel city to mabank.

I always use drive thru and it's never a long wait. Food comes out in a timely manner, hot and always delicious.

The place was clean, the staff was courteous, and the food was cooked and served just as you’d want it to be.

I visited here on the day of their Grand Opening and I've gone back several times. The food and service are 10x better than when they had the Gun Barrel location. You can tell that everyone is still learning but they are already doing an amazing job. I look forward to eating here more!

It was good, just wish the bacon cheddar wedges had more cheese. It seems like the last two times i got them they such a small amount it covered only like 2 or 3 fries out of say 15. But we were blessed by someone paying for our meal.

During this crazy time, one of my favorite things to do is go to Jack in the Box Really late at night or early morning whichever you prefer, order a bunch of the very affordable crunchy tacos, I get them extra crispy. Then park out front, turn off my lights, turn up the radio, then sit back and enjoy. Obviously the quality of the food and service will vary with the staff at every shift change, this is something that all restaurants experience, traditional and fast food alike. I have noticed that when a certain employee is there things seem to run more smoothly so I'm assuming that she is a manager. The other employees appear to be happier on her shift and subsequently the quality of the food is always a step above. The Employees Name is Kristen. Went after work Monday morning to get some ROOST FRIES with extra GOOD GOOD Sauce. Ended up getting the roost fries but couldn’t eat them cause they had jalapeños on them. I can’t eat jalapeños at all. Called the restaurant but couldn’t get an answer. Called many times to see if I could come later to replace them cause I was already home when I noticed the jalapeños. But after two days of calling I finally wrote this. I love Jack In The Box in Mabank Texas. First time in a long time my order was not correct. Kelly was in the drive throughly and I know her cause I come in every weekend after working at hotel all weekend. 😄

I just love my Jack In The Box! Pulled up out front, told the employees what had happened and they fixed it for me completely. I really love this restaurant. Did find out their phones have been having issues for a little while now and that’s why know one answered when I called.

This is one of the friendliest establishments iv been to in mabank. She had to have been the manager. If she wasn't she should be. Very beautiful Hispanic lady working the evening drive thru. Plus the 8 tacos I put down were right on point perfect.
