I use to go to the downtown battle creek post office but never again after going here once. The post master and employees are incredible! So helpful, welcoming and kind! I honestly enjoying shipping packages now!

Post Master is wonderful and any business that has to be taken care of at the post office is easy. My biggest issue is with mail DELIVERY. I have had numerous issues with receiving someone else's mail and in the last six months have had two separate instances of a package that tracked as being delivered to my mailbox but I NEVER RECEIVED THEM.
