Sweet's Bar and Grill

First time visit and it didn't disappoint. There's a good reason this place receives consistent high marks. Nestled in the sleepy village of Honor this is an oasis of good food and good times. There's plenty to do to stay busy while enjoying the multitude of beer selection. There's Keno, trivia and on Sunday there's a Euchre tournament. The place is covered with large screen TVs.
We ordered the Toni hamburger and the reuben. I usually stay away from a reuben that's not from a traditional deli but I followed my server recommendation and it was fantastic. As good I've had anywhere. The hamburger was prepared with a nice sear on the outside and both the onion rings and fries were perfect.

Sweet's Reuben lives up to its reputation. Piled high on toasted marbled rye bread, corned beef, tangy sauerkraut, melted Swiss cheese, and a creamy Russian dressing.

The Toni hamburger is a juicy all-beef patty topped with blue cheese on a toasted hamburger bun. The toppings are simple but effective: crisp lettuce, tomato, onion, pickle, and a tangy ketchup and mustard.

Stopped in for a Reuben and a burger. Surprise..they have great onion rings too! Good food, great staff. We'll be back. Stop in, you'll be glad you did

Great service and awesome food, especially the pizza! It shows that they really care about the people that come in and their experience.

Had all you can eat wings. Great!! Pizza is amazing, steak bites are great. Have gone out for sandwiches before too. So great!!

Sweets bar n grill is really rad. It's absolutely a must. Kick back relaxed atmosphere, excellent food. It's really more than 5 star worthy.

This place was AMAZING AS WELL AS THE PEOPLE RUNNING IT! Thank you so much Jen and Darryl for making us feel at home. Beautiful Taylor as they call her was our waitress and she was on top of everything the during our visit. She has a beautiful attitude about her and moves quickkkkk on the floor! Tracy was walking out soon after we got there but also was a big part of bringing positive energy into this place! Last we cannot forget the cook, Kevin did the damn thing!!! Food was amazing good thing the whole menu wasn't open or I may have wanted to try everything!

I heard about this place on Facebook from an old hometown friend and decided to check it out. We went on a Sunday night so it wasnt overly busy. I ordered nachos and my boyfriend ordered a rueben with onion rings. My Nachos had good flavor and since we eat with our other senses as well it was nice to see the colorful plate with veggies and red tortilla chips. The rueben looked amazing with the swirled bread and nice pieces of corned beef. The onion rings had a good flavor and weren't soggy. Looked like it could have been their own batter recipe. Generous portions It was a nice atmosphere decent spacing between tables. It Looked nice and clean. There is a pool table and those kinds of things. And i am told they have good specials. They also have karaoke and eucure on certain nights. Very friendly staff. I will definitely be back on a Saturday to see more.i recommend this place. its worth the drive.

We are up here for my birthday and Labor Day weekend. Had a hard time finding a restaurant that would acknowledge us when we walked in the door. We had just left hungry tummy after being ignored for 10 minutes. Walk in here and it’s busy. You can see the waitress and bar tender are running their behinds off. Sign says please wait to be seated. We stood at the door for about 45 seconds and an employee who wasn’t working came up and introduced herself, said she wasn’t working but that she would clear a table for us and get us seated. Once seated she tells us they are short staffed and to please be patient. - that was really awesome of her. We waited a few minutes and we were greeted with a smile, given our drinks and food came out within 15 minutes, hot and DELICIOUS. It’s the best service and food we’ve had all weekend. Definitely recommend. Small town atmosphere, great food, clean, lots to do ( pool tables, trivia, sports on tvs, wifi, and keno ) you won’t be disappointed!! Great neighborhood bar and grille with inventive twists on favorite pub foods. Owner and staff just as nice as can be. Many TV screens all around for sport viewing. Candied bacon seems to be a feature.

What a fun time we had! Our family had planned on going to Peterson Road Beach so we searched for a near bar lunch place. Given the good reviews, we decided to try it. We LOVED the fried pickles. So much that we ordered 4 orders LOL! We also had nachos, sandwiches and pizza. All was very good. The glasses of wine were generous pours and the beer was fresh and cold! They were short staffed but you’d never know. Tracey (our waitress) was on top of everything! So much fun and we hope to go back!

My Husband's 50th class reunion was held there. We had a great time period there was a pizza and salad bar. The food was very good and good and we all had plenty to eat.. The waitresses and bar man were excellent with the drinks. I would highly recommend it for any function.

Service was great, food was really good and served hot. Portions were generous. Restaurant looked exceptionally clean. Lots of tv's if you're stopping for game day. I loved how the food is served on trays with the liners. Will definitely eat there again.

I mean, how can you go wrong with burgers, beers, sports, and the Red, White and Blue!
We've been a handful of times. Wings and ribs were on point. Burgers were good. I can't recall the names, but one was a BBQ Burger with O-Rings. The other was a spicy jalapeño burger. Patties looked to be homemade. Little on the smaller size maybe 4 oz. However, my only suggestion is a different bun, maybe a larger. These reminded me of $1.99 for 6 at the Spartan stores. They work, just a pain to try and eat with anything more than an L,T,O set. Ended up eating them as deconstructed with a fork.

Had the ribs on other occasions, and the whole plate was on point. Even the slaw had been seasoned with more than mayo, sugar salt and pepper it was very good , and I don't usually eat the slaw! Green Beans were cooked correctly (not mushy, army green, and they have sided galore to pick from!

All the usual suspects were there; fried goodness, pizza, burgers, sandwiches, nachos, and wings. Lots of localish beers, full bar, and cute servers (even with the Dallas Cowboys t-shirt🤫😂)

First time here and when I tell you it’s the BEST chicken quesadilla I’ve had in my life I truly mean it. My husband couldn’t put his Club Sandwich down. You could taste how fresh everything was. LOVE the atmosphere all the military decor. Will definitely be back!

We have been here many times now and have never had a bad meal and always great service! The fried pickles are amazing so do yourself a favor and definitely order those. We also recently had our rehearsal dinner here and it was amazing. Jen was very easy to work with and took care of all the details for us. Even though we came in with 25-30 people on a Friday night they were able to keep up with all the drink orders with a smile on their faces! Thank you Sweet’s for being so accommodating! Looking forward to our next visit!

Went on Saturday night for karaoke, so much fun.
Owner/DJ was great and everyone participated!

Sat at the bar with my spouse to get a good meal after a day on the Platte River. Kevin was super attentive, gave good recommendations, and everything came out fast and hot. Had the pizzas and a burger. The fries were soggy so don't bother with those, but the pizza was amazing! Will come back when we camp in Honor next time.

We stopped here for lunch while we were just passing through and had a great experience. The pizza was delicious, the server was kind and attentive, and the restaurant was very nice and clean. If we are ever back this way we will stop again.

Righteous pizza very tasty crust was awesome and very generous with the toppings go for the pepperoni and jalapeno
