Decided to dine in, first time at this location. I’ve been watching them work through a rush and through a slow time. They are on their game 110%. I’ve seen their regulars come in for pick up and they know them all by name just from entering the door. This is perhaps the best Starbucks I’ve ever been in. The leadership is present, the care is here, and the food/drink are perfect and on point. Great job you guys. I was having a miserable morning but y’all have boosted my day nicely.

When the location by my house messed up my coffee this morning (it was like pure water and cream 😞) this Starbucks remade my drink free of charge! I offered to pay and they wouldn't accept. You guys are just the best 👌 it shows. It matters how a business handles a complaint and they took responsibility for something that they did not even do. You guys are super heroes 👏 🙌 ❤

Great location, all the baristas are very friendly and provide fast service. I order ahead through the app and pickup through drive-thru. The iced pumpkin crème chai latter with oatmilk been my favorite this season.

The best Starbucks in all of Dallas is this one. I've been driving for a living for years, and I don't order from them until I arrive from Fort Worth. Everyone is always very polite, enthusiastic, and pleased to see you, and they always call me by name and never ever screw up my order. I would rate them higher than 5 stars if I could! Many thanks to you all for the excellent things you do.

Super friendly team at this location. Each time I'm in the drive-thru lane it moves pretty quickly. Today in particular I drove up and saw the cars were wrapped around the building - and I was in and out in less than 5 minutes.

What made decide to write a review is that I've been in a pretty deep burnout lately. I was begrudgingly making my way to work and decided to do something to start my day off right. The girl at the window complimented me (and I know it's a product of training) but it really made a difference for me. I left with a smile and felt really good. So thank you!

I've probably been to 50+ Starbuck's locations in my life and this one by far has the happiest and kindest employees. Quality is better than what you expect from a Starbucks.

Love this Starbucks! I could be hating life because it’s a Monday and they always have positive/perky attitudes. And they are super helpful when you want to figure out a drink and have no idea where to start. Plus they are always quick.

I’ve been to many Starbucks locations all over however none of the other locations beats the location in lakeside. The staff is amazing and super friendly id highly recommend this location to anyone in the area!!!

This is the best Starbucks in all of dfw. I've driven for a living for years and I wait till I get here from ft worth to order from them. They greet everyone by name and never ever mess up my order and everyone is always so friendly and happy and excited to see you. If I could give them more than 5 stars I would!!! best starbucks location hands down. all the baristas are super friendly!! especially the blonde one (i never caught her name but she was here this morning! wavy medium length hair that was in a ponytail). she made my morning so much better!

I have been going in the evenings for the past week for studying, and this Starbucks is great! After 2 days, the baristas knew my name and what I wanted, plus the environment is very relaxing! 10/10 recommend this location!

Service is amazing, I come here after I finish riding my bike at the lake. Such a good area.
