Enjoyed this off the beaten path eatery very much. Friendly service with a mini cracker barrel style store. The cowboy egg rolls were very unique and tasty. Everything we tried on the menu was quite good and there are some unique menu items that make it an adventure. The atmosphere in the indoor and outdoor dining areas as well as the restroom were cozy and inviting. A great place all around.

Brought the family here for a St. Patrick’s Day lunch. The wait staff was all decked out in green for the occasion! We were seated quickly in the little busy restaurant. Food was good and fresh!! We waited about 15 minutes, which I thought was good seeing how busy they were on that Sunday. It’s deferred a mile past the middle of nowhere, but it’s a nice drive and the food was priced fair. Two adults and two children, our bill was $57 not including tip. I will go there again!! Gator Man Approved

First, it was by mere accident that I found this place, because I was hungry, tired and lost. Secondly, this place and staff are all amazing. Third the steaks we were served were by far the best I've ever eaten in my 47 years, each bite melted in my mouth and so tender and favorable. The corn nuggets are amazing. I would recommend everyone try this place. I think it's my new favorite.

This is a hidden gem. Great place to relax and have the best meal. Out first time was amazing, the food was delicious and the people are really nice. Clean place as well. Will definitely make it a regular.

Hidden Gem is an understatement, this place is a HIDDEN TREASURE! This is our 2nd time eating here and it just can't get any better. If you like BBQ and fried okra and you're ever remotely close to this place, do yourself a favor and stop in. The staff is just as amazing as the food too! 😍

Great experience, 1st time, definitely won’t be our last. The owner greeted us at the door to let us know they had just seated a table of 18 so it could be 20-30 minutes before we received our order. No problem, at least we knew ahead of time but honestly we didn’t feel like we waited at all. There’s so many cool & unique things to look at and buy in their little country store, made me feel very nostalgic! The food was delicious,… had been craving a steak & they didn’t disappoint, it was cooked perfectly. Mary, our server, was adorable! She took great care of us and had wonderful recommendations. She even took a picture of our grand baby enjoying his 1st t-bone. Thank You Hog Wild for a fantastic dinner, see you again soon!!

I've been looking at this place for a few years. Finally I decided to try it. No regrets. So good! My favorites are the cowboy egg rolls and grilled cheese. Second place prime rib sandwich. Not sure I'll be able to check out any other foods! The mini store has a bunch of good staff and the check out some good old fashion candy.

Nice little country cafe off the cut. We stumbled across this place on our drive from central Florida to North East Florida. We stopped in and were surprised. It is set up similar to a small crackle barrel. With shopping for country items when you first walk in and a seating area behind that. There were so many cute items to buy. The menu was great, lots of options to choose from. We got the cowboy egg rolls and prime rib sandwich with corn nuggets. The egg rolls were good, I wish they had mixed up the ingredients a little as everything was all clumped together so you had to position it just right to get a bite with all the flavors. The sandwich was delicious with just the right amount of smoke and the meat was not dry. The corn nuggets were good, not home made. The ranch was delicious, definitely homemade. Overall it was really good. We would go back.

We made the drive from St. Augustine to experience Hog Wild after seeing a favorable review. Great food and friendly service. Will definitely be back. 😊

Exceptional food prepared in house, a very clean & inviting establishment. The owners, cooks, & waitresses were all present & engaging. Plenty of knowledge about local cuisine & farm-to-table goods set up for sale reminiscent of an old time country store. I will absolutely be returning & bringing my family!

Stopped by for a quick sundae after going to Ravine state park. The coconut ice cream was so creamy and you could taste the coconut shavings. They have a good menu of burgers but we weren't necessarily hungry since we had a picnic before. The food smelled good though and everything that came out of the kitchen looked amazing so I might have to come back to try some of their burgers.

Clean place, food is fresh. Quick service. They sell beer and wine. Indoor and outdoor seating area. Pork rinds are the best!

So delicious. I am not big on BBQ. But. So 😊 good. Even being short staffed. Friendly service, very warm. I ordered the 3 meat platter. My choices were Beef Brisket, Pork Ribs and Smoked Pork. Picked up a rib. The meat fell off the bone. Bone in hand. All the meat, melt in your mouth. Beyond tender. The sauce on the table. Red BBQ sweet and slight smoky. And Carolina mustard sweet and tangy. I forgot to buy the BBQ sauce. So, next time i go to Interlachen... Definitely going back.
My plate also included to sides and garlic toast or cornbread.

My daughter got the Swai Fried Fish plate. And boyfriend ordered a T-bone. Also ordered Brisket Grilled Cheese. So impressed with their rendition of a simple sandwich. We also ordered two kids meals and they were eaten right up and enjoyed nothing was wasted.
Years ago it wasn't worth it. But you can tell its a different owner now.

My husband's first time we went there for lunch.
I had the Prime Rib sandwich with grilled onions and melted cheese on top. Prime rib was shaved and cooked well. Instead of being a little pink. More like a steak-em. But a better cut. Very good flavor though and tender. With of course mac and cheese. Husband ordered Chicken Teriyaki with grilled peppers and melted cheese on top and coleslaw. He was impressed. We left very full. He also really liked that he could order a beer with his meal. We will be back! I forgot to BUY the RED BBQ SAUCE!! Also, on the counter they sell for $3.99 Harmon's chocolate. Its a must try. I got the Bourbon Pecan Pie. A yummy finish.

This place is amazing! My grandparents come here all the time and my family of eight went there today for an early Easter lunch. They never disappoint! The fried green beans and corn nuggets are always a must along with the chocolate cookie cake! The service here is always amazing and it’s a cute little locally owned restaurant. Me and my family will continue to eat here for a long time!

Wow!!! What a great spot for absolutely delicious food, country atmosphere and friendly service. Would definitely stop again when we come back to Florida. PS get the brisket and you won’t be disappointed! Then again everything is delicious! 😋

Can’t say enough about this place!
From the atmosphere to the service and of course the food, everything was excellent.

Traveling through the area on our way from Florida to Pa we had the pleasure of coming across this establishment via a google search of “bbq near me” anticipating to stay on the move, we called ahead for pick-up so that our food would be ready in about 15-20 minutes when we passed by.
Upon arrival of the location we were instantly intrigued by the quaint, and home style woodsy appeal; as well as the kids need to use the bathroom… again. We decided to all jump out and check it out. Soon realizing that eating ribs while driving down the interstate wouldn’t necessarily be the best idea we decided to see if it would be alright to utilize the nice outside eating area. The staff was more than accommodating, so polite and helpful. Even though they had already packed all of our order in a nice to go bag, they quickly helped us get seated, brought out plates and brought drinks. Although everything to this point was going splendid we hadn’t even reached the best part yet…. The food! I can not express enough how good everything tasted. Not only were the ribs excellent; falling off the bone. and we eat a lot of bbq while we’re on the road, the brisket was just as delicious! The flavors were incredible and it didn’t stop there, the potato salad and Mac and cheese were just a complimentary to everything else. I’m so glad we decided to order a bit of several things. The only disappointment was that we were so full we couldn’t eat any more!

Additionally, the gift shop was super cute with a little bit of something for everyone; even hard dipped ice cream cones for dessert.
Would highly recommend this location. Was thinking about flying to Florida next time around, but just might drive so that we can stop by this place again!!

Our first time here and it was well worth the ride. The staff is friendly, the food was great, and it was a very unique establishment. Very original for sure. We’ll come back to try more dishes.

I rode (motorcycle) up to Interlachen today from the Brooksville area and stopped in at Hog Wild for lunch. Great choice and place. The food, (BBQ pork sandwich was great, fries were awesome), service and atmosphere were great. I'll be back!!

Rode the motorcycles from Sanford over to have lunch for the 1st time. Atmosphere was great, service was excellent, and the food was delicious. We will be back!!
