I recently bought a vehicle from Royal Auto in Bayport.
What stands out right away for me is this: they are fair, professional, and thoughtful. From test drive to purchase, they were accommodating with my requests. I brought the car to my mechanic, had a pre purchase mechanic check, and test drove the car multiple times. They are a small business with big service. This place is so amazing and a huge thank you goes out to them! I bought my vehicle from them last Wednesday and before I came to them I went somewhere else and had an absolute terrible experience! Royal Auto ended up calling me and I told them I could be on my way but I would be a little late. They stayed open late, the offered us drinks and snacks, there turned on the TV for my one year old, they gave us all the paper work we needed to see. It was a great experience and I got a vehicle that I love in the end! Highly recommend!

Wow! Let me just say I am SOOO happy we found Royal Auto! As a woman, I was cynical about the whole car-shopping process. In the past, I have gotten the stereotypical fast-talker salesmen pitches and condescending attitudes, which unfortunately happens more often than not. Working with Moe and Fadi completely disintegrated any of those preconceived notions I had. They were so helpful, patient, and didn't give me the runaround. I trust them 100%
They have a great selection of cars at affordable prices. I am going to refer all of my friends to them when they need a new-to-them car. I will only go to them when I'm in the market for a car in the future.

Excellent customer service! The vehicle is spotless and had all the documentation of being a one owner car. The owners are easy to work with and we highly recommend Royal Auto LLC! For a first time buyer who had looked at many cars with many types of dealers we lucked out in finding this one. Quality vehicles and again, superb customer service. They went above and beyond to make sure our minds were at ease. We found the car in the middle of a blizzard- late in the afternoon but they were there ready to show it and it was exactly as described. If you’re looking for a used car with lower miles at a realistic price, you can’t go wrong. They can also keep an eye out if you mention what you are looking for if they don’t currently have it. We will definitely be back when we need to purchase again!

Overall great experience. I worked with Mo and he was super helpful and informative on our decision making process. He didn’t push us on anything and listened to what our needs and wants were, which is hard to find based on other dealership experiences.
