The ladies who work here are super nice and helpful. It was my first time going yesterday and they walked me through the whole process and even offered samples. The environment is super clean and put together. It was very welcoming was overall a great experience and the tea was super good.

Great rotation of tea drinks each month. Good variety of iced and hot teas. Very clean inside office. Interesting concept with “Tea Taps”.

Visited the location in Tulsa a few months ago because we had heard we were getting a location in NWA. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable helping you find the right tea that fits your health needs and taste. You also have many different tea options from loose leaf tea to brew your own at home, premixed TEAnies, seasonal drinks made to order, and even tea on tap. They make their own boba as well that you can add to your tea for a small fee (or I guess “fea”😉).

Love this place! Huge selection of loose-leaf teas that can be purchased on their own or used in hot or cold drinks (which are so fun AND delicious). They have a great selection of herbal wellness teas, which I love.
There are so many options and the staff is extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and happy to help educate and answer questions.

Amazing customer service, free samples, epic tea, a million customization options, rotating seasonal items. You can't go wrong going here for your daily drink or a pick me up.

Friday. Such a wonderful place! Wide variety of upscale, flavorful teas. They've also a wide variety of wellness teas (sleep, immunity...). What I liked most was the tea on tap. Great price for a HUGE size. Super friendly staff that took the time to really explain the products. I plan on going there often!

They also have a cute reward system, and the staff was super attentive. I will be returning real soon! The iced chai with boba was SO good.

Great first time experience. Associates are very friendly. The place looks great. The drinks are worth it both in flavor and presentation. I have tried almost every tea place in the area for a change it didn't feel like a rip off. There sizes are really what they say. No trickery with sizes. Keep it up!

Had a great experience with both the product and the customer service. They have a great variety of items and even have loose leaf tea. You don’t have to add the boba and the tea is still great. Would highly recommend for tea drinkers on the go! Been missing places like these.

What an amazing place to go! The drinks are always delicious, the staff are funny and take the time to listen even if they're busy (but they still get everything out to you fast!). And the place is always clean and brightly lit! Absolutely love it there!

Went to Nobilitea first time today!!!!! I’m not a big black tea drinker I’m more of a southern iced sweet tea or lemon iced tea but I ordered the blueberry lemonade black tea and I LOVE IT ( maybe you remember me 😄) I’ll definitely be going a LOT !’nnn
