The Café

Glad we gave this Cafe a try during our stay! Definitely will be coming back! The prices were fair and the portions were LARGE. The service was quick and the food was really good! We got the chicken fried steak with gravy and an Omlet where you basically choose 4 ingredients. The Cafe is clean and there isn't much of a wait for Brunch.

We came for a late lunch. Was seated right away. Hubby ordered Ruben sandwich while I ordered garlic shrimp pasta. Food was surprisingly tasty, generously portioned and service was good

I have never had a bad experience whenever I choose to dine here. Customer service is exceptional, foods always hot and fresh bursting full of flavor. I'm not a breakfast eater but on a rare occasion I do love trying something from the morning menu.

Eggs Benedict is truly a weakness of mine coming from someone who doesn't actually eat breakfast. When paired with tots o'brien it's a match made in heaven. The flavors tickled at my tastebuds from the perfectly poached eggs over thick cut Canadian bacon. While I devoured my food, my partnered consumed his custom made omelet within minutes.

While I'm usually here for late nights or dinner the breakfast selection is fairly simple but very delicious. I'd also reccomend trying out a cup of chili or their Mac n cheese as well.

On a recent vacation to San Diego, I stayed at the Harrah's Rincon Resort. The Cafe is located inside the casino. It was my first choice at least three times during my stay. Breakfast on one day was avocado on toast. I got a plate of food with avocado on toast, a bowl of fresh local fruit, two sausage links, tomatoes and arugula on the avocado toast. It was so much food and so darn delicious. I had biscuits and gravy there as well. Another huge plate of food. And delicious! The service was excellent. The atmosphere was perfect....lots of happy people. It was clean and organized and absolutely wonderful. I had breakfast on a different morning. Basic sausage and eggs. But.... Sausage, eggs, potatoes, toast, pancakes. Delicious meals every time. Highly recommended! The only picture I took while inside the restaurant was a curious little feature the restaurant has. A robot delivers meals to the tables. Many pleasant experiences there! A+

I read some reviews before going-so mixed! I decided to order avocado toast. Fresh avo smashed with garlic salt (next time I'll ask for no seasoning). Sliced tomatoes... Some were red, some yellow. Fresh greens & feta. Came with mixed fruit bowl & 2 perfectly poached eggs. 4 turkey sausage, only slightly spiced, thank goodness! Coffee was fresh & tasty (I'm picky). Overall a very good breakfast. Server Martha was very personable & attentive. Food came out fast & hot (I always touch as they deliver so I can return it quickly if cold). We didn't have to wait for the check. Clean dining room, not overly noisy despite being located near slots!

This was the 2nd night in a row we did dinner here. It was so good the first time we figured we couldn't go wrong doing it again!

The first night we ordered:
Garlicky shrimp pasta (sub chicken for shrimp)
Prime rib dinner with grilled onions and mushrooms
The pasta was rick and creamy and absolutely delightful, The prime rib was to die for! So delicious, tender and juicy. The seasoning they use to create the outer crust was perfect! Great fresh veggie side and the horseradish sauce had a perfect kick!

The second night:
NY Steak dinner
Pot Roast
The NY was perfectly cooked/seasoned and once again the veggie side was fresh and tendercrisp!
The pot roast was superb, so fork tender while still maintaining a great texture. The seasoning in the roast and pan sauce was intricate and I detected a hint of cinnamon, cardamom......? Not sure, but it was amazing!!!

I really wanted to get casino Steak and Eggs so I took my dad here. I ordered the Steak n Eggs (8 oz NY Steak, Hash Browns, 2 Eggs over easy and a piece of bread). My dad got Salisbury Steak (Burger Patty, Mashed Potatoes, Zucchini, Carrots, Creamed Mushroom Gravy). Both were super good and we ended up crushing it all!

Loved the fries here, seasoned very well. I ordered the shirmp & fish plate, which was served hot & fresh. Both was delicious but I loved the shrimp better than the fish. Hubby got the meatloaf but he didnt care for it...he thought it would be more homemade but instead if was like processed food. Service was great too, nice friendly staff working on a busy Friday night...never had our drinks empty, also checkin on us to see if we needed anything.

The wait was long. Hey, what do you expect? We are inside Harrah's, gambling to our heart's content. I have been to this restaurant a few times and never have been disappointed. Their New York steak and eggs with hash browns is a delicious choice and satisfying, perfect to begin your day of entertainment. Service was friendly, accommodating, and efficient. Their staff is very patient with somewhat challenging and demanding clientele. ;-)

Im a pauma valley local and out of the many times ive been here this year, I rarely have trouble getting seated as a non rewards member. 5 star food 5 star service

We ordered the tuna melt and turkey club sandwiches. The food was delicious and the service was beyond what is to be expected. I highly recommend that anyone visiting Harrah's Ricon enjoy a meal here.

We ordered prime rib and garlic shrimp pasta. They are surprisingly good.

Cafe at Harrahs, great food and excellent service

For a cafe I must say wow. We were so impressed, we had a late bite here when we arrived to the resort then ordered again from them after midnight and had bfast here again in the morning. All 3x didn’t disappoint.
