Walnut Street Coffee and Deli

Walnut Street is one of the best coffee shops we have been to, no matter our location. We drive an hour from KC on the weekends just to come here. The food and coffee are amazing, but it's the owners and staff that make the place. Everyone is always so kind and genuinely happy to help. Thank you for being so warm and welcoming to everyone who walks in! We'll keep making the trek as long as you're here!

While traveling to see family for Memorial Day we ran across this super cute coffee house. Not only is the coffee delicious, the atmosphere is amazing! The interior is stunning with some gorgeous tiling and modern design. I also appreciate the wholesome Christ centered environment with Acapella praise music and Bible verses. Such a hidden treasure to find as we travel all the way from Ohio.

Folks, this is the mother of all coffee shops! Bright airy atmosphere with a modern flair, not to mention 2 stories with multiple sitting areas! Plenty of drink options as well as baked goods and a fresh deli. All staff were professional and our coffee drinks were great!

My partner and I visit this coffee shop every weekend and I’ve never left disappointed. The fresh baked goods, customizable sandwiches and iced coffees are fantastic! The employees are very sweet and friendly and the store owner or manager is always checking on us when we visit. Never had a complaint. 😁

Great coffee, Acapella music playing, kind service. Beautiful building. Definitely worth the stop if you're passing through. Glad to see such a nice place right outside Lawrence.

This place is amazing!! Every single thing I've had here (and I've tried many!) has been delicious. The sandwiches....the pastries....the bread, the rolls, the coffee! It is such a treat to have this gem in our rural community!! Highly recommend if you're anywhere near Oskaloosa. But it's worth a trip as well!

This is our favorite coffee shop in the area. Always wonderful, cheerful service. The staff has always been so kind to our family. The coffee shop is clean and decorated with style and care. Everything we have ordered has been awesome. We love it and recommend it to all our friends and family who come through!

We had a great experience here. Americano, honey latte, donut, cinnamon roll, and some sandwiches! (We came in two different days)

Driving through and saw the facility and stopped by for a cup of coffee and a Danish and was very impressed with the hospitality as well as how absolutely clean and spotless this coffee shop and restaurant is.

If you're in the area, stop by and give it a shot and I think you will be very impressed.

Love this place it's good for breakfast or lunch. I had a ham and cheese half sub and it was more than I could eat. And fabulous! The bread and meat were so fresh and full of flavor. So glad to have this place in our town. The coffees are very fresh always as well.

Cannot say enough good things about this place. It was very busy, but so fast, efficient, and friendly. Food and drinks were amazing and reasonably priced.

This is one of my favorite places to go in the town of Oskaloosa, they are all super nice, polite and very quick. Especially the young man that takes orders in the drive through, He makes the place worth going to.

This is in the small town of oskaloosa right down the street from me, jus recently started eating there and now have regularly once a week get lunch. Only sandwiches, but you get to build your own and they have good selection of meats and some breakfast pastries, and coffee drinks

The cinnamon rolls are humongous. They were super moist and almost tasted doughy but I could tell they were cooked all the way.

The hot chocolate freeze tasted like a homemade frostie. It was good though.

Awesome place must go. Staff extremely nice. They have the BEST meat and cheeses to choose from. My opinion it's better than boarshead. Prices are great and the atmosphere is amazing. It's a must go here in oskaloosa GOD BLESS ❤
