Dog . They have every thing I need for my menagerie.

Brought the 6 month old puppy to have her first PAWdicure. While hesitant at first she did great. Staff was friendly and wonderful with her. Store was clean as usual.

This is a different PetSmart for me. I usually go to the one in Brick which I like. This store was set up differently and definitely smaller. The areas for grooming and training were much smaller. However, I felt that the small animals and fish looked very well cared for. The employees were friendly which I find at most PetSmart stores. I think if the employees were not friendly, I would be shocked! They had what I needed although it was obvious that their Holiday stock was low. I really enjoy the fact that in this area of Howell, all the stores and by that I mean ALL stores are located so close to each other. While I like Brick, I love to shop in Howell as the proximity to pretty much every thing you need is so close. My dog enjoyed her trip to PetSmart also, she wanted me to say. We got her stuffed toys, a Nylabone, which they had a good selection of, and 2 doggy Christmas t-shirts as they were 50% off, coming to $5.00 each! That's a bargain 😄

This shore was so well organized despite it being Christmas Eve. The sales staff were extremely accommodating, friendly and very kind. They showed my fur baby lots of love and attention as we shopped.

Great place. I was looking for my dogs food but the big bag was out (everywhere). Understanding how things are these days I get the issues with the supply chain. The sales rep that helped me was very nice and gave me a discount for the smaller bags. This is how people keep coming back. Thanks!

I am not sure why some people didn't enjoy the grooming service here. My dog seems had a good time here. They did the grooming based on my requirement, and they get it done on time.
Before grooming, they start to build some trust with my dog before I leave, and I think this is a great sign of a nice work!

Went to buy new supplies for my new puppy . I was greeted within the first 20 feet of the store . The staff was very friendly helping me find everything on my list plus a few things I forgot .. the store overall was clean and inviting the aisles were stocked and fronted . I will definitely be back....................................................... .I had to leave a update. YOU ALWAYS HEAR ABOUT WHEN SOMEONE HAS SOMETHING BAD TO SAY ....SO here is 3 years in the making. ......... .took my dog Maggie in today for grooming . Maggie doesn't like changes in her daily routine but as soon as she saw meg today she let me know that she was another day going to be.. okay THANK YOU

This place has everything. It's very clean. Can't really say anything bad about it HOWEVER I really prefer to shop at mom and pop shops but it's big stores like this that pushed them all out.

Always Treated my dog great every time he needed his haircut or nail clipping done! Treated with care! Also always was able to get what I needed for different pets! Never a line or too busy, always somebody there to help... Plenty of parking!

Went to the store to buy some things for a pet. They were very helpful and assisted us with the purchase. I had a very good experience.

After taking a tour of the grooming salon, I felt totally comfortable letting my elderly dog get groomed here. I was delightfully amazed at how gentle and patient the groomer, Anthony, was with her. I'm so happy that we found a caring and competent groomer so close to home.
