My son and I take 3 to 4 guided trips a year and Justin is the best guide we have met. He is very knowledgeable, personable and was great with my 13 year old son. They talked about all aspects of fishing, school and sports, he seemed genuinely interested in getting to know him. It was tuff day on the lake but he made sure we put fish in the boat and my sons BDay Trip was a great one.

Justin was awesome to fish with and my father in law and I had a blast. First trip to Lake Fork and the water conditions were not that great due to a few recent storms. Regardless Justin got us in the right areas of the lake and we were able to nab 5 fish total, with a couple of really good sized largemouth bass. If you need a great guide who knows his stuff and really makes the experience a great one, he's your guy! I plan on giving him a call later again to schedule another trip. Thanks Justin!

My trip was loaded with obstacles; a 7 foot low lake, fall turnover was in process and there were 22 mph sustained winds. Needless to say fishing was difficult and we did not catch any fish. Despite no fish, I will return to Lake Fork and Crawford’s Fishing will be my guide.

Justin was such a professional guide, my dad took me for my 19th birthday and this was one of or best guided fishing trips yet. Even thought the weathers wasn’t perfect, Justin still knew the best spots to take us, definitely caught our fair share. I plan on scheduling another trip with Justin very soon.

I surprised my daughter for her 18th birthday with a fishing trip guided by Justin. She and her daddy spent the better part of 6 hours fishing and having a fantastic time with Justin. Justin answered my many questions ahead of time and even helped me pull of the surprise for my girl. That alone meant the world to me. During the trip, Justin was polite, humble and helpful. It wasn’t a good day for bass, but they caught a mess of catfish. My daughter has loved fishing since she was a toddler and this was a very cool experience for her! The boat was amazing, the equipment was top notch, and Justin did not disappoint! We will definitely book again with Justin in the near future.

I would highly recommend using Justin as your guide. He was very responsive to all communication and showed up on time. His boat was nice and clean with all the latest equipment and technology. He worked hard all day moving us around the lake to get us on the fish. He was very knowledgeable and is just an all around good guy. I plan to use him again for future trips!

Let me start by saying we didn't catch a single fish on our 2/22/22 trip. However, Justin has no control over the weather or the fish. In the wee hours of the morning, several thunderstorms, a tornado, and a cold front blew through. Fish have a swim bladder, and with the change in pressure that a cold front brings, the fish suffer a belly ache, and they tend to shut down for 3 days, just as I expected. What I didn't really expect was the outstanding customer service, Justin provided. Justin's main goal was to put us on fish, and he tried very hard. He didn't do anything wrong. The weather and the fish just didn't cooperate. I have fished with several guides on Lake Fork, and Justin was by far the most pleasant guide I've fished with to date. I give Justin my highest recommendation, and personally, I won't fish with any other guide on Lake Fork now that I've had the pleasure of fishing with Justin. Even though I didn't catch anything, I had a great time. Thank you, Justin, and I look forward to our next trip.

Justin took me and my two boys, 7 & 9, out for a half day fishing. It was tough fishing but his eagerness to teach my boys and me was second to none. His respect, attitude, and love for his craft are truly first class. My boys had a hard day fishing but said they absolutely loved it and wanted to go back. That says a lot right there. This was my first time on Lake Fork and my first time using a guide. We had a heck of a time. My brother caught his PB. Justin is a great guide and we will definitely be giving him a call again

When my 17-year old son asked, “Dad, when are we going fishing again?”, I decided that it was time to seek professional help. I have neither the gear, knowledge or skills to really catch fish…I can bait a hook, and that’s about it.

Through a series of friends’ recommendations, I got the name of Justin Crawford on Lake Fork. I explained to him that my son and I were looking not just for a fishing trip, but an education as well. He was very understanding, and we made all the arrangements to meet the following weekend.

I have never hired a fishing guide before…with that said, I found Justin to be one of the most courteous, respectful, energetic, knowledgeable and efficient young men I have met in quite a while. His boat and gear were in tip top shape, he already had water and ice in the cooler, and in a few short minutes he had us in the water, set up with the proper lures, and casting for bass. He was very personable as he helped us to understand the type of environment we were fishing in, where the fish would likely be found and how they would act, and why we were using the lures and casting the way we were.

Over the next six hours, Justin proved that he knows his stuff. After fishing one area, he would take us across the lake to a different spot, set up a different lure, and teach us the new techniques we were to employ. We must have fished six different environments that morning, teaching us along the way, which was exactly what I had asked for. At all times, his demeanor was calm, enthusiastic, and positive…even when we would get HIS lures hung in the trees. And even while we fished, we carried on an animated conversation, both about fish and fishing, but also all manner of subjects…he was an absolute pleasure to talk to and learn about and from!

I am a retired Air Force officer, pilot, and instructor…I consider myself a good judge of character, and a good teacher. In Justin Crawford, I found a young man of high ideals, an excellent work ethic, a true servant, a superb conversationalist, and a knowledgeable and enthusiastic teacher.
