Home Instead is truly a great company. I was hired in the office in 2015, worked while going to school, and then recently came back full time. I am very happy to be apart of such a great team! They really go above and beyond to help people and have a positive impact on the community. I would definitely recommend them as a place to work and to take care of a loved one.

Being a Caregiver was a great experience for me. Every client, family member, and co-worker are so caring and friendly. I am very thankful and blessed for what Home Instead has done for me to advance in my career. You can choose your own hours, the pay was excellent for me, and the office staff is always there for you when you need them!

When needing help for an elderly family member, we have had such a great experience with Home Instead! The caregivers sent to my grandma were top-notch, kind, and well-trained. You could tell this was more than a job to them. The office staff was amazing, helpful, and understanding of our needs. If I could give 10 stars, I would.

When Home Instead Senior Care found me, even during the interview felt like I had found a place to call home. Every day, we ensure that our client's and their families minds are at ease. We help in the simplest situations all the way up to the toughest. Our CAREGivers are set apart from the rest. From the rigorous hiring process, to the various training courses offered, all the way to the caring office team.

Our office members are trained as a CAREGiver. In the event a CAREGiver cannot make it to a client, a member of the office will gladly and proudly step in to ensure the client is taken care of. It is truly all about the client here.

I wish I could have been a part of this team before. Even the most challenging days are the most rewarding.

Our mom has Alzheimer's and it's such a tough disease to battle. Every day is a surprise, and she can be really hard to work with some days. The caregivers they have sent to her are extraordinarily kind, patient, sympathetic, and knowledgeable about the disease. They help us keep her home clean, take her dog for walks, find things outside the home to entertain her, cook dinner, work on memory exercises, and most importantly just happily listen to her stories, even if it's the hundredth telling. We honestly don't know what we would do without our girls - they make an impossible situation better.

A plus is that in the event that someone has a last minute emergency and they can't find a caregiver, one of the office workers (who are also trained and bonded, etc.) go fill the shift, day or night. Not every company does that.

Home Instead has been very easy to work with in caring for my aging mother. They have been very flexible when we've needed to make adjustments to our schedule.

Home Instead is the perfect alternative to assistant living. You will be relieved to know that your loved one is in good hands with the OUTSTANDING staff who are very attentive and caring!!
